You don't need fish oils, you need omegas. You can get vegan omega supplements and they do the same thing without the acne. I haven't had a single acne episode since I made the switch. 😁

I really want to see you Christmas shopping for everyone you love!! Making ornaments would be really cool too. Hopefully you have time between renovating to do some crafty holiday stuff. A good topic I’d love to see is coming up with a budget sheet, even if you don’t want to share how much you’re spending on everyone just the process of sitting down and planning it out would be really cool I think.

morgan please do some christmas classic american things. being from scotland we never do the big holiday season things like you all do! i was 12 and met my neighbour who was 25 from america. she just blew my mind with halloween, chistmas and even thanks giving. thanks giving being something we dont do but my god!! i love american holidays! go big or go home!

Fish oil causes acne cuz of excessive body heat. You can still take them if they benefit you, just try to take them at night after a glass of milk. The milk douses out the excess heat, night time is colder so helps regulate body temperatures better

Tell Mom to go for it. My older sister is her age and looks amazing. Just looks younger and healthy. Then she confessed -- has been doing the botox two or three times a year! A few shots in her forehead made a difference that was incredible. Bet Austin won't notice... he'll just think Mom looks REALLY good today. And the next time he sees her. And the next! At 50, we stop working towards bikinis and just try to look our best. GO FOR IT, beautiful Mrs. Adams! I need a face transplant.😉
