1 handful - Spinach 1 cup - Almond milk 1/2 cup - Mango 1/2 - Banana 1 tbsp - Almond butter 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon 1/8 tsp - Cayenne pepper It’s sweet but spicy and very satisfying 😌

a banana, frozen strawberries, a kiwi fruit and unsweetened yoghurt (greek, turkish, bulgarian, whatever is available), if it looks too thick, then i add a little bit of oat milk 😋

Loved this. So exciting about being on the billboard in Times Square with Chelsea. The Italian pasta & pizza looked so good. Pretty white dress. We’ve had lots of storms/rain here in the Midwest (Missouri) lately, too. Tornado 🌪️ watches, too. 😳 Those bagels & the cream cheese dip look amazing. Now I want one!
