getting different journal prompts sounds good, those ones are girlbossing a bit too close to the sun XD The routine vs newness thing is challenging for me as well. I try to leave open spaces in my schedule where spontaneous things can happen, but it's difficult! If I have to do the same things over and over again, I try to do them in a different way. Like taking a slightly different route to work, or working in a different café, or listening to a new playlist. Using a different shower gel and changing my phone background has also been good. This has been really nice to watch, thank you
Hahah truly! I love that idea - having set times for things but doing it a bit differently? I would love to find new cafes and cute places to work. I find seasons super helpful with this! Spring is all pink, summer is all about the beach and the sea and plants, autumn is all brown and cozy and pumpkins, winter is all apples and gold and white and cinnamon!! Hope you managed to find strawberry milk!
this was lovely! as a trans guy w adhd and autism i relate to you a lot, especially w the internal fight between the desire for structure/routine and the desire for excitement/getting bored of doing the same thing every day. i started my first 9 to 5 last year and it has been a struggle!
I’m glad we’re not alone! Hopefully the increase in representation and understanding/ diagnosis means more support will come out soon! Congrats on your new job, be gentle with your self ❤️
Thank you so much for making stuff like this. I just started my RU-vid journey and I'm looking for other trans folks to be inspired by...and here I am! I love the slow chill vibe and spending time with a fellow trans person! Keep on keeping on friend :)
