Hi Everyone!
We are back after a 2 week break! Last Sunday, Megan celebrated her 30th birthday so we had a very chilled day at home with family.
Life with a newborn is tough. Rupert is going through a growth spurt at the moment and hasn’t been very happy lately.
So, we travelled to Norfolk to spend some time with Jamie’s parents and get additional support.
Amongst the endless feeding, winding and changing, we found time to head out and go raspberry picking, have a pizza night, go baby shopping and celebrate Megan’s special birthday.
If anybody has any newborn winding techniques or tips, do let us know! We think Rupert may have colic :(
We are determined to do some singing this week or anything that isn’t baby related!

Happy Belated Birthday Megan! You both are keeping it real! Parenthood is not easy and the adjustment period can take the wind out of your sails for a short time. Getting out and using the fresh air and sunshine is a big plus! This is just temporary and every stage will bring on new challenges! Precious Megan my son did the same thing. First must be aired out w/very little cream - I did too much and healing was much longer. There is a way to help baby latch. I had my Mom help bc she BF us. But the best is air them out daily 💗 Your in my prayers bc I know how painful it is. Also Jamie when baby spits up it’s important to pick him up bc he needs to burp. The reason he got hiccups is bc no burp. Love y’all🕊

Many happy returns Megan 🙂 all of three of you are doing amazingly....this is just a short phase (honest!) and you should do as much as you feel able to because bizarrely it gets more hassle-y as they get older! More stuff...🙄😅 Get out and about at least once a day, regardless of weather 👍🏻and enjoy this phase, Rupert looks so lovely and chubby and healthy - you are doing everything right, clearly! A little bit missing this stage from when my two boys were tiny 😍 all the very best! Keep going, keep sleeping and keep hanging on in there! Plans for the future are a good thing 👍🏻👍🏻

Winter wonderland is a must near Christmas. And Hampton court usually have little Christmas events.

Hey , 1st of all megan you look amazing , 2nd wow your baby loves you , 3rd i advise laying roo on his tummy over your knee while rubbing his back & gently raise ur knees up n down hope that helps , colic babys dont like to lay flat try a folded blanket under his mattress so he slightly raised , hope that helps 💙 bless all 3 ov you , hope you get some sleep soon 🌹🌹🌹edit & happy birthday 🎉🎊🎉

I was on holiday last week and now feel like I need to catch up!! The only thing I'm left thinking after this one is...adjusting to parenthood is a huge undertaking, and all the diary planning seems like a lot to take on. As much as we have all come to adore your vlogs, maybe the best plan is one day at a time right now. It seems like a lot of stress to take on, and right now that column seems full enough??

The love is palpable from you two 🥰 Nipple shields were my lifesaver to give my breasts a break from chomping tongue tie newborn baby feeding. Happy Birthday. My middle son had severe colic as a baby. I would elevate the head of his crib or whatever he sleeps in. Try not to put him in the car on a full tummy and speak to your doc about the possibility of medication. Megan's diet is also important to be mindful of now. The good news is my son is now 6'4 and 200 pounds. It will be fine :) Hugs from USA.

I did infant massage with one of my younger children. It helped with calming the tummy and gave us better sleep sessions.

Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful son! Megan, just so you know, advice is now that you are perfectly okay to drink alcohol whilst feeding baby, no need to express if you don’t want to. As long as you’re safe to hold baby, you’re safe to feed him x

It is "just" a musical but I´ve been to "back to the future The musical" in London (west end) and I loved it. It is quite new but I would absolutely recommend it.

We went to see it the night before Megan gave birth. We LOVED it. Really good. I love the films so was great to see the musical.
