This week, I'm diving into two big challenges that have been on my mind. First, there’s the fear of driving on the highway-merging into fast traffic always makes my heart race, especially with my driving test coming up soon. It's like everyone’s in a rush, and I worry about keeping up. But I'm determined to overcome this fear and feel confident driving solo on the highway.
Then there's the gym's weights section, a place where I've often felt out of my element. Memories of past injuries, especially my lower back, make me nervous. But I'm taking small steps to learn proper lifting techniques and gain confidence in the gym. My goal? To feel comfortable and capable, no longer feeling self-conscious about my form or what others might think.
