Welcome to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunch! This week we are jumping into some of my favorite fall recipes to get ready for the cold season.
On Monday I made a delicious one pot Beef and Broccoli Fried Rice topped with a fried egg, on Tuesday I made a childhood favorite, Coca-cola Chicken Thighs with Bok Choy, on Wednesday we were craving Din Tai Fung so I recreated their Crispy Chicken Cutlets, Egg Fried Rice, and Crispy Green beans. This really hit the spot! We ended the week with Dom’s favorite, Shanghai Noodles, which he asked for seconds right when he got home!
