Hi, I'm Tiffy :)
Welcome to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunch! This week we are jumping into some of my favorite fall recipes to get ready for the cold season. Before we start making my husband’s lunch, let’s make a DELICIOUS Apple Herbal Tea to warm us up!
On Monday I made an easy and hearty one pot Chicken and Rice topped with the most delicious scallion ginger sauce, on Tuesday I made Black Pepper Beef Noodle Stir-Fry, another one pot dinner with super tender beef! On Wednesday we were craving Panda Express so I recreated their better than take out Egg Fried Rice plus sweet and sour chicken, this really hit the spot! We ended the week with another easy one pot dinner, Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice, and of course we had to top it with a fried egg!

I like how accessible and doable a lot of these recipes are. For some food channels it takes a bunch of fancy prep work and ingredients that only certain stores have so THANKYOU!!! Can’t wait to try these out

I’m so glad I found your site. I grew up first 11 years in Taiwan and I don’t know how to cook and used to eating out every day. Now I cook 1 or 2 of your recipe everyday. You have saved me so much money and finally some real Chinese food. One problem I have is I don’t know how many servings per recipe since I’m a family of one.

One thing I want to thank you for is the general accessibility of your recipies (some high effort and some lower effort). For people who have to manage either other commitments or physical disability, these are delicious and actually do-able things to cook in under 30 minutes. That's huge in this day and age and even bigger with the stress of the pandemic. Dom is literally an anime character when he is eating 😂. Great recipie set! 💛

Hi Tiffy! Every dish looks delicious, the trio of capsicums is so pretty ❤ Always love the aesthetics of your videos, especially the creativity in the introductory scenes. For double frying the sweet and sour chicken, how long do you let it rest before the second fry? All of my sweet and sour dishes have been massive fails 😳😳😳 can I substitute pork instead of chicken? Thank you ❤❤

AHHHH thank you so much!!!! For me I usually wait around 5 minutes which is around the time the oil takes to heat up heheheh that way it gets SUPPPPPERR crispy 😆😆 and yea! You can substitute with pork too ~ let me know how you like this sauce hehehehe ❤❤❤❤❤ and thank u for always supporting me!!!
