Food and antiques are about all there is here. Try living here year round. You would find out very quickly just how boring it is.

Lol I’ve been living in Hudson for pretty much my whole life. People in these kinds of videos only really talk about like warren street. Once you leave warren the magic is gone. And there is just so more to Hudson that really is not all glitz and glam

Locals can’t afford Warren Street. $200 for a linen dress that looks like a sack of potatoes. Although I WOULD like to have one as they are in style, but those prices aren’t for those of us who have lived here all our lives.

All the New York City people moved to Hudson and ruined it !!! It is not the Hudson I grew up in . They made everything so expensive that only the NYC people can afford to live there. I hate what they have made Hudson to be !!!

Hudson used to be a great place in which to grow up. As already posted,it is now gone. NYC money has killed this idyllic small city. Antiques and ridiculously priced restaurants is all it is now. $25 for a hand towel? Give me a break.

It's nice if you are a visitor. The end of Warren st is poverty and crime. I feel like the only people that can afford to shop the shops or eat in the restaurants are the city people and a few wealthy locals. Beyond that the everyday people that live in Hudson and surrounding areas can't afford to patronize these businesses. People from New York opened up shops to supply the day trippers from New York. Walk to the end of Warren Street and see all the people that can't even afford to eat. In fact you passed them on your way up the street from the train station. It's despicable

Grew up 7 miles down the road from Hudson. Been gone for almost 52 years. I find it laughable that younger people from NYC would want to ''day trip'' up to Hudson. Thing must be pretty bad in New York City if it is an enjoyable 'improvement' to go to Hudson on the weekends. When I lived back in N.Y., Hudson was considered basically a giant slum with poor people and lots of crime. No one really wanted to go there; not even to shop if they could avoid doing so. You N.Y. City dwellers must be kidding me, right?
