ah, so glad you loved it! I always imagined Frank as Don Draper - you can so easily see where Coco Mellors finds her inspiration in writing these amazing, dimensional and flawed characters. it really is a wonderful book 💖 it's notoriously hard to find vegan friendly ice cream parlours in Yorkshire. Wensleydale Ice Cream Parlour has quite a varied selection but only sorbets as a vegan option. Brymor has a Vegan Vanilla flavour now but there's still a long way to go before the countryside catches up! glad you enjoyed the long weekend 🍧🍨🌱🌾🌿

Later I picked up Next Year In Havana by Chanel Cleeton Marisol has lost her grandma Elisa and she is Havana learning about her history‼️ Last but not least I got 11 chapters and 85 pages to go in The Daughter of Dr. Moreau by Silvia Moreno- Garcia ; it’s about Carlotta who lives on Yucatán (which is remote island) and she is the only daughter of Dr. Moreau who creates hybrids‼️

Life is like that sometimes: You go for a private Easter parade and instead of eggs in the sunshine you find little lambs in the mud. And that means what? I don't know, but I did enjoy watching, thx.
