just made this .. and it is truly delicious. when I also did research on the health benefits of the ingredients I was blown away ! this is so so good..I did what you suggested to get the flavor up I added the nutritional yeast , the vegan pepper jack cheese , and two non chicken bouliions in with the vegetable broth. the Toppings absolutely take this to the next level of flavor for sure ! I had to leave a comment! thank you !

Hello, just letting you know, I got all the ingredients yesterday and made the white bean chili this evening. In your own words, WOW WOW..this soup dish was sooo delicious and yummy. We had the soup with homemade almond bread and there was complete silence while we ate. This dish is going to be made once week.

I made this without realizing how spicy Green Chiles were even though I bought mild i just tossed everything in the pot and then tasted it. This was very good even though I was on fire lol also couldn't find vegan cheese anywhere for some reason! I might use half the can or none of the green chiles next time I make this which I will 😊 thanks for the recipe.

I made roasted tomato and bell pepper soup today 😋 but I believe this will be on next week's menu depending on the weather. It's supposed to warm back up. This next few weeks will be a mix of heat in the morning and air in the afternoon. Or just freeze til about noon. Anywho have a great week love.

I clicked on this video to see if this was similar to what i made when i worked in a deli. My non vegan version was veg broth, white beans, red or white onions, ham, salt, pepper, garlic, and celery. And maybe oregano or parsley. Been a while since i worked there and had to make it. Lol. I did the same thing minus ham majority of the time because i am vegan and think most people consume too much meat anyways.

I've never had white bean chili but that looks sooo good! O_O EDIT: I went to the store and bough some ingredients for this. I'm missing a few ingredients, like the vegan chicken broth, but it's delicious! I added white pepper instead of black pepper. I didn't get any vegan yogurt but I would definitely recommend it for next time! It's still very good but the yogurt would have just given it that little something.
