@@Krovos_not really. The legion is pretty much good to go without you already. Mr house is in the middle, and yes man is completely useless without someone giving instruction. Love the variety with the factions.
@@Krovos_ Not at all. It's explained in New Vegas that the troops in the Mojave have basically been abandoned. While the win at the first battle of Hoover Dam was by the skin of the teeth the NCR saw it as a big propaganda win and thus moved all it's veteran troops to Baja California chasing glory and "a fools dream" on President Kimball's orders. The is understaffed with troops that lack experience, are ill equipped, and have rock bottom morale. More than anything though the locales hate the NCR, their money, and their taxes and would have chased them off if it wasn't for the legion and the NCR troopers/civilians lining the pockets of Mr. House. And that isn't even mentioning the groups and positions that straight up were abandoned by the NCR like camp forlorn hope which wasn't supposed to be on the frontline but by a combination of neglect and mismanagement is barely holding on.
In the description for the cannibal perk in Fallout 3 and NV it says if it's witnessed it's considered a crime against humanity, but nobody ever says anything to you. I don't geddit.
