Could you please say more about how you felt and feel after your c section? How was the pain after, do you still feel some pain, how is working out now after the c section.
I love seeing you so happy. Make sure you let the baby get comfortable with noises. Music, vacuum cleaner, and television so he can sleep without every sound waking him up. All love ❤️

Hey! I've watched your videos for a while and I'm so happy for you momma! I just wanted to comment to address your core training part of the video. I'm a student Physical Therapist graduating this year and we are now finding that postpartum women should go to PT for core strengthening and stabilization. look up videos or articles on Transverse abdominus activation (that's super important to healing that area of the body, especially after a c-section). Also, LOVEEEE deadbug exercise for core training. fave exercise to train the deep core muscles and help with those leg lifts. Feel free to reach out if you want any more advice :)
Did you really have a C Section? Could you do a video on how you healed from it so quickly? I know women who couldn’t walk well for weeks and definitely couldn’t work out. Maybe you could share how you healed? I guess some people have the muscles cut very deeply?
I'd love to hear too! I was in a lot of pain after my c section and could barely walk afterwards. I'm guessing she was in much better shape prior than I was. Kudos to her for the quick recovery 👏
Are you seeing a perineal specialist? I gave birth at the beginning of september and my perineal physiotherapist told me what kind of abs exercices I can and can't do. She told me no crunch before one year 😬

I recently heard that our bodies our can’t tell the difference between imagination and reality. So if we imagine 6 arguments but only have 1, our bodies think & react as if we had 6. So you having anxiety about everything that could happen, your body is living it as if it’s true. Hope that made sense. But Don’t be hard on yourself ❤
