i first watched this some hours ago. today has been a rather teary sunday lol but seeing the clip you had doing your yoga practice immediately made my body crave that release so i found my way down to my yoga rug, set out my crystals and began journaling then eventually found my way into my asana practice and breathwork. thank you so so much hitomi. i needed that release and i feel realigned and in a much better (golden) place as we are all on the cusp of beginning a new week. sending you and anyone who reads this so much love. remember you are deserving of all that is good and euphoric and blissful

Finding your channel has seriously helped me along my spiritual journey. I have been struggling for the past 2 months trying to figure out how to stay balanced and how to find inner peace. It's so funny when I was younger I played saxophone and I never remember having that much anxiety at all. And literally there's so much breathing in playing a wind instrument. I remember just having the strongest lungs at this time too. We would always take deep inhales and extend our exhales as long as possible but in a beautiful musical rhythm! So cool, I need to pick it back up! Thank you for this video!!!
