I started my journey in 10th grade after being bullied for a while and I hit a place in my life where I knew I needed to start working within and start the healing process. I'm only 19 but i resonate so much with your comment and your current journey. It can be pretty lonely but keep going! I appreciate you and your lovely videos Hitomi. I am a lot older than you, but have learned so much from listening to you speak and live. I feel like I grew up way too fast, so I missed a lot of my youthful presence and full understanding of self, due to years of childhood/early adulthood emotional and sexual abuse. The process back to me started back in 2017 from a spontaneous spiritual awakening, and of course it is still on going. I have done a ton of healing and growing since then, but still struggle dealing with sexuality. I often view it as a threatening/harmful, and oppressive and uncomfortable thing. I hope to one day, before my last day, fully embrace its sacredness, like you seem to do so well. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏🏻😊❤️☀️

Hitomi, would you be able to make a video one day on binge eating and healing from binge eating, replacing bad foods with rejuvinating foods etc and healing your diet from that? Totally felt what you said about not changing yourself because i feel at the start of the spiritual journey we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to change ourselves and we have categories of whats spiritual and what is not which can lead to shame.
