Do try Hungarian Goulash in your slow cooker, I make it in the oven but it lends itself to slow cooking. Top tip , only cut one end of the onion, you won’t shed a tear 🥲.

always "stock up" for extras. saves trips to the market, specially if the weather is bad. also, I hate bar soap for washing your hands . we garden a lot....bought dispensers for bath sink and kitchen......and the large bottle for refills. saves quite a bit with that. oh, and those tiny pumpkins I find are bitter. oh, and here in the states.....been quite a few FIRES caused by the air fryers being left plugged in! be sure and UNPLUG it when done using.

Pumpkin is definitely an acquired taste. If there’s a next time, maybe add more liquid and use an immersion blender to make soup. Also canned pumpkin purée is much easier. 😉 Such fun to tag along as always, and a drive through Wales, too! Thank-you! 🇨🇦❤️🇬🇧

There are eating pumpkins and then pumpkins sold for decor and carving (at least in the US). When I heard he was making something from his d3cor ones, I has a bad feeling. They are really not good tasting.

You can cook pumpkin and freeze it or dehydrate, or freeze dry. All are fabulous ways to store instead of waste. Perhaps the pumpkin recipe would be a lovely side dish with a grilled steak or a roast?

Look at Beau. He’s always so cute and adorable. Sorry about poor Molly and Rory problem. It is a situation as I know as I use to have outdoor cats some years ago. Now my babies stay inside so fur is basically the biggest issue to have to vacuum more often - oh well😉

I really, really enjoyed this vlog. The length was perfect. I loved the cooking segment with Elliot; you reviewed how the pumpkin stew tasted. I liked the travel part and seeing the town's landscape and shops. There was a perfect mix of Elliot, Matt, and the cats. Perfect vlog!!

Wow Elliot, thanks for the tip on saving on utility bills by using slow cooker instead of oven! Please give us more of these hacks. I'm so poor right now and quite worried about not being able to afford my basic living bills. (I'm an oap on low benefits - not really enuff to live on)! Anyway this tip and the one you once mentioned about using fake lemon juice to clean the hot water kettle! Genius! Ta _/\_ PS. And please do more cooking episodes with Matt. So funny!

Elliot, I get good and bad vibes in a hotel also! My hubby says just tell me which side by 8pm! Lol. Elliot, I think those pumpkins are grown to be hollow, for jack-o'-lanterns and decor. That might be why it is so thin.
