Van body is cool, I would go with a WPL B-chassis. I have found that the B-series tucks the wheels tighter to the body for a more scale look. There are also shackled leaf spring kits available for proper articulation and spring flex. Great video, I think I need one of these in my collection. I have a battery recommendation as well, I run Tatuu brand 3s 850mah packs and usually get about 2 miles of hiking on very steep trails.

Awesome mod. black can motor is fairly powerful, you might want to ready a spare part of differential gear. that is the Achilles heel for small scale rc. strip my c-14 rear diff ring when I tried with 2 speed wpl gearbox with a 32k rpm black motor. after that gearbox transfer to the right truck (C-44) I only set the throttle trim to 50% out of cautions. hope to see your lipo conversion soon.
