I never buy new clothes. I just wear the daylights out of the clothes I have. But that is only me. Western Capitalism has people chafing at the bit to go out on shopping adventures for new this and that. Here I am putting a dent in Capitalism and there is every arsehole spending like drunken sailors to support Capitalism, then dumping reams of textiles in opportunity shop bins which have hardy, if ever, been worn, and these outlets cannot handle the volumes and so the balance of that is dumped. I have struggled for years to get off the Christmas lists of clueless relatives and in-laws buying me new junk which I specifically don't want, and I have long since succeeded in that.
