Alexey Trubchaninov U.S astronaut and every astronaut in general need to learn the language if they are goin up with different spoken language astronauts, so they can communicate and also so they can read the machine manual in another language
His muscles, bones and skin are reacting wildly to this "new" environment. The gravity is pulling back together his bones so he might have some pain for a while. He might throw up for a while.
wonderland78 the truth is..people are more busy trying to survive....space travel is not what life is about however I do get that this is important for our long term survival.
Francisco Rosas lol but amagin his emotions,he basically traveled millions of miles in space and was up there doing his job and comes back and gets to relax
Having served and deployed a few times I relate to this on a spiritual level. You spend the whole time wanting to be home but once you are, you wish you weren't.
I'm sorry to say we won't experience any space travels soon. With all this war on earth all our money are beeing wasted on that instead of moving the civilization further in space :(
I can't see the truth? The truth is that USA is spending over 1000% more money on war than on our future. For example if Space programs have a budget of 40 billion dollars a year, then USA military have like 450 billion spent on bombs and tanks a year. Also NASA is not the only space program on earth. You have over hundreds of space programs with even smaller amount to research with. This is not a lie, it is all based on facts. Homosapiens live for war
highwayvagrant1 you are on every video of NASA saying its fake. why don't you just stop watching and rather watch the video of your flat earthers or better yet why don't you become an astronaut and go to space??????? its will help you
highwayvagrant1 am not against freedom of speech but yours is becoming unbecoming. my question is why do you keep watching something you claim as fake? and ooh am a very Democratic person bye
+Yuri Sonuvavich "this makes conflicts between humanity feel pointless." Then there is no such thing as "crime", since crime is merely a conflict, which you just said is pointless. So there is no need for human law, either.
Sassy Sasquatch Wow, you sure are sassy. If only you had a name to describe just how sassy you truly are to the United States and the world in general...
@highwayvagrant1 uuuuh, when you drop your phone, it falls down... thats gravity u know that? :D it can be measured, it has a symbol, unit and a formula...
the number of views ...only few cares about this story.. looks like not everybody seems interested to watch such kind of documentary. I was touched by the last part of this episode. Congrats to you Sir Kelly!
This series is so well done. I cannot praise it enough. Everything from the music, the editing, the interviews, the candid shots, and so much more it's just amazing. Great job TIME!
imagine the feeling being back in outer space, alieniated out there. and back with bazilion people praying your safety in control command, 4 fighter helicopter, dozens land vehicle, hundreds of loved one and you fucking did it. imagine the feeling of accomplishment
I imagine their feeling of happiness knowing they won't have to use a vacuum system when going to the loo or the usage of diapers every time they had to go out from the space station.
i think its because due to being so long in 0 gravity...it affects their heart...so when they land on earth heart had to fight gravity...and was probanly pumping less blood...which means lower blood pressure and bloody circulation...and thats how the reason for pale/gray face.
Adicka Adooki also normally on Earth your head is for 2/3 of the day on the highest position compared to where gravity is pulling. In space that of course isn't the case anymore. In space your head firstly becomes a bit bigger because blood goes there easier than normally. After a while it shrinks to normal again. Blood vessels adjust to this new 0 gravity situation. Back on Earth however they need to widen again and it takes time before you have the same amount of blood in your head again as usual
I can't believe we Americans didn't give them the welcome home shabang wat the heck. Well my mind is blown from how amazing the mission was and so glad they r back with their loved ones
Probably the only good video that came to me from the "Recommended for you" videos. Had to watch the whole series because of this one segment. To anyone who hasn't seen the rest of the series, I highly recommend it. Highly underrated and one of the best series on RU-vid in my opinion.
Not only do I appreciate but I feel Enlightenment and thankful for the three men the Russian an American just stay up there for a year and then the alignment that I felt to wear to see my brother's come back home is freaking awesome y'all got balls
*_I don't know what the reason actually make me crying over when they arrived to family their back..but I know this video really give impacts to my self..for someone like who doesn't like study hard or like science subject in schools I'm totally get more interest about space now..thank you Sir & well done_*
Really well done, what a fantastic thing. I've had a small taste of what that's like to be re-introduced to a normal life and while it doesn't come anywhere near comparing to that, those emotions are still there.
I think by this stage he had well and truly ditched the under suit - he's just wearing a normal flight suit, the same as a airforce pilot might wear with a plain black tee underneath.
Not sure if melancholyc, but, seems like he have a million things passing trought his mind at that moment. That was the moment to ask something like: "what are you feeling right now?" not a damn question about bananas (terrible). Its part of his very deep trip from inside. Wish he wants to share someday, maybe with a book. Who knows...
I wish the countries would always get along this well. Stop caring so much about getting ahead of everyone else or getting one over on their rival. They can do so much more good together
This is so touching, 😢....thank you for your sacrifices. It is so overwelming to see astronaut and comosnauts together working for the greater good. 🙌🏼👌🏼😘 so much love from the 🇵🇭
Great videos Scott. Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful videos of Earth and ISS. I watched everyone one of them. You are my favourite Astronaut. ❤️🌎
I would love to be an astronaut one day! Really, immense respect for these people who work together to explore for humanity regardless of any nationality, politics or religion. This probably is one of the underrated professions, if not the most. Simply amazing their lives would be, just imagine. Oh and I cried too!
Dear god I am so proud of these men literally risking there life just by getting inside of that rocket. But then to orbit the earth 100s of times and then burning back through the atmosphere. This must take balls huge massive balls. All for the sake of science and knowledge. Brings a tear to my eye godspeed men we are proud of you
Its amazing how Russians and American astronauts spend time together in space on a mission for mankind and down here on earth selfish politicians between the 2 countries wanted to start world war 3 especially those from the democrats in the States
Wow.. this is amazing. You never really think about what it would be like to live in a different environment. I’m it’s not an easy adjustment. I wish I was any good at math or science for this job
Wow so many emotions watching this series. Respect to the astronauts and Time for documenting it so beautifully, informatively, and heart-warmingly 👏🙏❤
When they announced the landing, I thought, "Exhale deeply, let it go, he's ok. He's home." to the wife of Mikhail. And that's exactly what she did immediately after my thought. I FELT her release the anxiety and fear and reorient herself. It was a lovely moment to watch. Then, as soon as Scott said "water" in front of the pool, I was like, "Just let yourself fall in, man" and that's exactly what he did. I think our perceptions that humans are different is flawed. I didn't spend a year in space, but I FELT that feeling he had, I KNEW how badly he wanted to just let himself free fall, suit still on, into the water. We are all the same. Yes, experiences can change us, but I don't buy the idea that a Russian is different from an American or Kazak or anyone else purely because of nationality. We're all human beings. This was a beautiful thing to watch. The emotion was so strong, it just captivated me.
He almost seemed like, damn gravity!! Let me go back and float through the air,it was way more convenient!! Like when he jumped in the pool he seemed way more relaxed!!
Good job everyone. Especially the brave men and women who go up there and sacrifice for all of us and the families that keep it together so the astronauts have strengths to pull from when it gets the hardest up there...
it must be so surreal for him, i went on holiday and was missing the hotel next day, thinking of the path and slides, can you imagine doing that for a year without gravity then coming home
