It's been a year since I started my outdoors RU-vid channel, Hiking for Health, which is a mixture of wild camping, hiking and gear reviews. I began the channel with the aim of promoting positive mental and physical health through a love of the outdoors. To mark this I have created a review of the year beginning last August 2023 right the way up to July 2024. It has been a fantastic creative experience merging my hobbies and love for the outdoors into a RU-vid channel. I hope you enjoy the video and I'm looking forward to what the next year brings.
