I saw them play in Seoul, S. Korea in 1996. I was in the second row and was very impressed watching and hearing Taylor. Hell, I pretty much just watched him. It was a great show and for the encore, they played ABBA's "Take a Chance on Me." Friggin epic.
@@anthonywallace3830 junkies always die, Taylor proves it, you’re celebrating a junkie. Dave learned absolutely nothing, that’s a fact, he chose to be blind to it, you’re supporting evil people.
I watched this full Doc & the positive energy that naturally spilled from Taylor was infectious & energizing. He made Alanis sound better & Foo sound better. Alanis & Grohl were 2 of the 90's best Pop Rock song writers yet he made them better. Pat Smear is a living legend. He played in The Germs. Smear & Richard Hell are the last Real Punks still playing. The Relics.I mean Henry Rollins who I love just talks now. Still I could listen to Foo when Smear Temporarily Quit. I can hear the Neon Boys, Television or A version of the Voidoids play Love Comes in Spurts Or Blank Generation. Well Not Blank Generation. I can't imagine Taylor not being Dave's Spark Plug just like Dave was Kurts at times. He will be missed. There's an emptiness in every song I play, every chord I strike on my KeyBoard. I can't listen or play music right now & I really need too. Poor Dave. 2 greats in 2 great bands 2 great friends dead 2 soon
I am so sad, heartbroken! TAYLOR May You Rest In Peace🕊! I can't process this loss. I have been emotional shedding tears! Thank You So Much For Your Talent And Great Music You Created! FOO FIGHTERS is my favorite Rock 🎸🥁 band starting in the mid 90's! My Deepest Condolences To Your Family, The Band, Friends! Your Music And Spirit Lives And Will Live In Me As Well As In Every FOO FiGHTERS's Fan And Beyond!!!
It's funny to notice, at least now, in this moment, how out front and out there Taylor was. The man put himself out there so much with the Foo Fighters, his own band and everything else he ever did. It just seems more noticeable today, and now that he is gone. I might not have noticed how much he was out there, but I was always a huge fan. Man, my heart really hurts after this one.
Chris Chaney: I don't really 'get' this music tbh guys. I'm a jazz musician. Alanis: Hey Chris here's your contract outlining payment for this tour Chris: So again from the top everyone? A 1, 2 ,3...
I genuinely hate that we just got taylor and chris back together and with one of the most incredible guitar players ever, all claiming its "the perfect situation" for all of them and now its over. Its not the saddest part of it all, but it still really sucks. Thats a lot more rare than people realize.
PS: REST IN PEACE, MAN. I AM GLAD ABOUT 1 THING: YOUR MUSIC WILL EXIST FOREVER. YOU MAY BE SO TRAGICALLY GONE, BUT YOUR MUSIC WILL STAND THE TEST OF TIME.
Why all the rock stars and engineers, architects, students, plumbers, magicians, teachers, politicians, lawyers, cops, fire workers, chefs, etc, etc, etc, consume drugs in the USA???
@@vincent2053 so not injecting one's self with an experimental mRNA gene therapy that is known to cause heart disease makes one fat and conservative? God you people are so lost.
I'm glad to hear that... but the booster isn't what killed him. It was the 10 other drugs in his system... and unfortunately he chose to take them all at the same time. I truly wish he hadn't. :-(
Alanis music was fake. Kiddie pop to grunge. It was like The New Kids on the Block to AC/DC. I lived it in ottawawhere she's from. It was a usiness decision by corporate music.
