I've had a match with a landmark-focused taliyah deck. I've lost the moment they summon hibernating rockbears. moments later a promising future + taliyah is summoned, and I just had to see my board ravaged every turn. Seeing clockwork curator is scary to imagine if they had that in the deck
Taliyah is pretty trash, I don't see her in most games that have decks that run her because she is such low value unless everything goes right. A 2/4 on turn 5 kinda blows even if you do get an extra landmark.
Other potential pairings for Zilean: - Zilean Swain: Time Bombs help control the board and turbo level Swain up, and a leveled Zilean allows you to burn the opponent out so fast with stuff like Fervor and Decimate. Shurima also has a lot of -attack modifiers allowing Swain to easily hit no matter how big the opponents board is. - Zilean Viktor: Zilean makes Created Cards for Viktor if leveled up, which Viktor then discounts. Depending on how Zilean works (Riot wording consistency, amirite?), you might get any Created card back at a 2 mana discount, which could be nuts. Like with Noxus, a leveled Zilean just turbo burns the opponent with Mystic Shots.
Dawn and dusk chronoshift on Yasuo, then every stun is at least 6 damage, way more with level up. Or just do it with karma so you can have 5 karmas forever. It's really nice on Nasus for huge nerfing all enemies
Also grapp in the trailer idk if you heard it I’m still watching but the noxians attacked Ionia and you can see the captain farron and the field musicians (so you saw farron)
This is why I love you, always the voice of reason, instead of crying like Mog. He was losing to Atrocity and think it's OP, when in FACTS- 1. Atrocity can get countered by SO MANY MANY MANY cards such as - Freeze - Entomb - Deny - Rite of Negation - Single Combat - Vengeance - Hush - Purify (in case it's a non-champion unit) - Quicksand - Whimsy - Concerted Strike 2. Atrocity is a '6' Mana, Kill your unit to deal damage, which is a big risk! Cause if the enemy, for example have 'freeze' 'purify' 'hush', you will lose that unit for super low damage! 3. It's not easy to build a unit for atrocity, such as Nasus, They Who Endure. Usually it's the end game, the late game finisher, which is fair! it's not like u will get atrocitry by 10/10 Nasus turn 6 right?? And USUALLY this kind of deck get countered so hard by control deck, where they don't have to sacrifice unit for blocker. I don't know man, it's not the first time Mogcry whining about cards, and I'm so tired of it and unsub today.

@@Siegram999 Her Q actually heals whether or not you kill something with it, at max rank it effectively has an extra 20% lifesteal. Killing things with it resets the CD.
Judging by how Blades cannot be recalled, and is hard-coded to be just a restrictive hit-and-disappear-forever-type token, I'm pretty sure Irelia's level-up involves amassing a certain number of these blades.
Zillean + PNZ looks insanely fun. Ridiculous draw, a champion that shuffles stuff in your deck + copies everything you play. Yooooo! Viktor, Teemo or Vi will be awesome with him! + Soothsayer and Zilleans spell for protection, holy 🦀
I wonder if some Irelia's skills would work similarly to her LoL kit. Like od she had skill that would say "obliterate 2 blades to stun na enemy, or 4-5 blades to stun all enemies" or like "Disable enemy attack token this round. Summon 5 blades" that kind od efect would be kinda unique IMO
If it was ephemeral, irelia would have to be balanced around SI, and she wouldn’t see play in many decks. This way, she can be viable in more than just Ionia/SI.

I think there will be a mono azir sundisk deck that plays azir after sundisk levels and all these cards that reduce countdown and count as a minion will get played in it
Correction: if you play Puffcap Peddler after Zilean lvl up you play peddler, 4 mushrooms. Then next round you get 4 more mushrooms and a Puffcap Peddler that give you 4 mushrooms when played. That's pretty wild
2 mana Aurelion Sol would be the equivalent of league. There he is a lowi hp and kinda low damage champion. Like, I know, he has a lot of damage potential if you play well, but it's more for the consistency, Aurelion Sol just throw a star in someone then hit him with 2 other stars and after that he uses his starfire breath with all his might, doing the same damage as a Nasus that auto attack and Q for extra bonkness.
The thing about soothsayer you can't play around it. You see shurima plays nasus has 2 mana up. You vengeance because of soothsayer they have the 2 cost make a unit landmark card. You play around that they have soothsayer.
I envision malphite to be like a frozen thrall pre level he is a cheap landmark "the sleeping mountain" and has a long countdown and then when his countdown pops all you malphite are leveled and become like nautilus big
Wait, if ChronoShift is only for the round, wouldn't the be outside the "..." text? Like... I mean, it sounds insane that once you use Chronoshift, from then on, the champion has one chance of not die EACH round But...What if... it was like that? A burst Unyielding, but for only one time each round and that buff a champion +3|+3...

I request Zilean paired with Swain. PS: On atrocity, i think it should only target followers. This will keep nasus as he is and it wont restrict champion design in the future.
i can imagine why Grappler likes Atrocity and i will share my guess on his opinion: Atrocity is the only card that make big minions and big champs worth in the long run. Like There is a moment un this game when most competitive decks can handle any unit that dont dealt some kind of pearcing damage regardless of the size. Without atrocity hitting face or with Slow atrocity Big minions deck would lose forever to any kind of removal and Champions like nasus and other go big cards will be useless. Yeah it sucks to lose to atrocity and they can actually make it cost more so you need more set-up or there is more risk around the card but make it Slow means kill a LOT of cards.
He never likes the concept of Fast Speed finisher burst damage. Which is fair but there is a lot of cards that depends of that card to be useful. Like...nasus. Nasus without atrocity is a pointless card. The who endures is another card that loses any competitive value without atrocity. Its the kind of card that has very binari opinions: your like it or hate it. But i KINDA agree with grapplr about the fact that the card is needed is some context. If you make Atrocity slow or something like that there is a lot of cards that would need a buff or even rework.
Someone in the twitch chat said zilean isnt very good but hes VALUE. GIVE GRAPPLR THE VALUE. Its going to be awesome! Zilean will only be as good as your deck
