A11N is doing an even bigger sale right now bringing each paddle to $90. 🤯 I’m not sure how long the sale will go, but here’s the link: shrsl.com/4bgwh
I have been playing with the standard paddle for a few months. I love this paddle. The carbon fibre has made a lot of difference; lots of spin. I purchased it from Amazon in Canada for $99. CDN. I just purchased a second paddle.
I have the C8 paddle, the control is really good, the resets, blocks, counters and punch volleys are great. The power is in the midrange of paddles, its not great but its workable. Heavier but not unmanageable, 4inches of lead tape above the corners where Brandon from Pickleball Effect promotes brings it to the next level.
A little extra weight never hurts! Glad you like the C8. It's definitely an underrated paddle. Hoping more companies do some standard-shaped thermoformed paddles this year! 🤞
@@MatthewKPickleball Can’t wait to hear your opinion. Have the J3 and really like it. As a paddle junkie, I am always looking for something new. Like you, I like good quality budget paddles and I am looking to build my standard/wide body collection. Already have several elongated paddles and a couple of hybrids. 👍🏻
@@chrislaws8245 That's awesome! I think 2024 is going to be moving towards wide body. But we'll see! Lots already happening this year, and I'm still catching up on looking at everything that came out last year!
@@MatthewKPickleball Good luck! You definitely have your work cut out. 2023 witnessed a MASSIVE explosion in the paddle market. Guess that is good for those of us that like budget paddles. So many great choices out there right now at unbelievable prices. No need to spend more than $150, and the $100 market is very impressive as well. Keep it up!
Just let me know if you have any questions about them! I think the standard shape is the stand-out and is comparable in the power/pop dept as many of the elongated, aero-curve paddles & hybrid paddles that are very popular at the moment. And then the A11N elongated is more control-oriented, less powerful and less poppy than most of the fully elongated thermoformed paddles out right now. Hope that helps!
Lol, no worries. I have been with them for about 10 months and usually use the C7. I just started playing with the C8 and really enjoy it. Mine weighs 8.5 with a hesacore and lead at 4 and 8 o'clock . Pretty great.
