ये आवाज़ ग़ज़लों के लिये ही बनी है. बेगम अख़्तर के बाद ये बड़ी ही खूबसूरत ग़ज़ल गायिका है. थोड़ी भारी एवं मख़मली आवाज़ उसपर आवाज़ पर गजभ का नियंत्रण उन की ख़ासियत है

first of all what a stupid question........ i am 100 % sure that your knowledge about music is 0 , you are " kan ras" means you like to listn music of these maestros but you can not understand what they are singing. every one who you mentioned in your comment has a different stature anddifferent level and different type of music ofcourse the base is classical music but then roshan ara begam was the most respected and most " mahan " classical singer pakistan ever has.till date no one has sung not better but even equivalent to her. and farida gi is the queen of semi classical geet , gazal , thumri , dadra etc.same with iqbal bano she was wonderful in semi classical. bano s speciality was her strong and crystal clear voice and her " adaegi"
