I have always felt this channel's intrinsic inclination towards M3m products. This area wasn't recommended till M3M launches. It overnight became a clean area with Aravali views
Mapsko mountville is an excellent project. It's price is higher than what you have shown. Mountville and it's residents made sector 79 much more habitable and still fighting with authorities for basic needs.
Mapsko builder's first 3 projects fell under structural audit due to severe complaints from residents on quality, poor maintenance and builder attitude. Mount Ville is their 4th project. Hopefully, the builder has learned from past mistakes.
I think the whole Golf course extension was under a blanket of sand and see today how it is. It's the costliest area after Golf course road. Today sec 79 is also the same and after 5 yrs more or less u will see it will be one of the best places in Gurgaon. Sab jagah overnight develop ni hoti time lagta h. Gurgaon was once a small town only and u can see what it is now today. I have seen its development as i was here when it was just under a blanket of sand and agriculture
