I'll break it down for you. It is the VIP culture that is stopping them from winning. It is not that they don't have the capability, but it is their attitude. Just listen to what Rohit said, "Why can't we play in March, and why does it have to be England?" There lies the attitude problem, where you can even demand when and where you want to play. Why don't you create a new law that any team that makes it to the final should also be crowned? Vikrant sahab, how can you have a team even think like that?

BCCI is an honorary body which means lack of professionalism. Everything runs from the top. Give the control to a professional corporate body and see how things start working properly. Virat, Rohit and other batters are much better than the rest in the world because other cricketers get way more time to win for their countries. If you force Virat and Rohit to pick only test and ODI respectively. They would have again 12-13 centuries in a year respectively. Focus on better management and things will fall in place.

ind need 3 different teams in each format issue is that 7-8 players are playing all 3 formats we need those players in test who does not play t20 cricket who only play test cricket and 2-3 players from test team can play odi we need three different teams and players who play maximum 2 formats maybe exceptional players if they are performing could play all 3 formats nd bcci should increase the contract of players who play test matches like players get in ipl like 25-30 lakhs per test match so that players only focus on test cricket nd not play ipl and selectors immediately need to figure out different players for all 3 formats

It is very unfortunate there is debate on India’s loss. Bottom line the management has to be sacked plus key players ,after this team management has lost series of ICC tournament what can help them win the ICC tournament. We need an external consultant that understands how to win ICC tournaments and very clear priorities for players playing for India. No excuses period. We don’t want players like Virat or Rohit, we need players like Dhoni or Ben that has the grit and understand the value of winning a tournament.

Good Discussion > Question should have been asked what was the need for Pujara , who played County Season in England to play the Upper Cut shot that he played in a Test match when we are struggling to save the Test ? What was the need for Rohit to play SWEEP Shot : No player played that shot in the entire match . What was the need for Kohli to play on the 9th Wicket delivery ?? A very important observation by Vikrant that While Australian players were practicing at 8AM , No Indian player was seen on the field till 9.45 ???? It is the Attitude of the Players that is responsible for this loss . Another valid point is the Chief of Selection Committee : Lesser known players do not have the courage to drop players like Kohli and Rohit and Pujara .

India winning any International trophy from here will be nothing short of a miracle. There are few reasons which they don't wanna talk about: 1. You consider IPL above everything which shows how every single player wants to show his very best and don't consider other things important (it's good to earn as much as you can but there should be a limit to it and nothing should be preferred over International commitments) 2. Lack of preparation and tired body language as most of them were tired of 2 months IPL schedule and no one prepared for test match because everyone knows trophy isn't gonna change anything 3. Every player think himself above the board and law and they plan their practice sessions upon their likings and not as per requirements. 4. Focus on IPL or World events. Both can't go hand in hand. It's nothing about Toss or Team Selection.

India is losing in ICC knock-outs due to this 3reasons-1) India lost in 2014,2017,2019,2021,2022 and now 2023 all due to batting failures. Reason for their failures is the arrogance of India’s leading batsmen namely-Virat Kohli,Rohit Sharma, Kl Rahul about thinking they are bigger than the game. Going into an icc knock out match if India does not win it, blame should go to these 3leading batsmen. They didn’t practice much before odi wc semis against Nz in 2019. Result was India lost a match they should have won easily. Though Nz had bowlers like Boult, Henry. 😡😡😡2)Second cause for a defeat in an icc knock out match is Indian team management selects a 11 based on the recommendation of social media. So Ashwin plays ahead of Yuzi in a wc semis against England in a flat pitch in Adelaide during T20 wc 2022😡😡😡. 3) 3rd cause for a defeat in an icc knock out is Indian team management decides what to do at toss hearing the opinion of ex-cricketers, sport anchors like nikhil Naz, vikrant gupta. As a team management, both duos of Ravi-Virat, Rohit-Dravid don’t know to read a pitch before an icc knockout match. What Virat, Rohit do after winning the toss is what was suggested previous day by the cricket experts, sports anchors. Even before the WTC final every cricket expert, sport anchor there in London was saying pitch in that match will be seamer friendly for first three days. So hearing that team management and Rohit decided to bowl only for that decision to backfire badly.😀😁😀

Incomplete critique, although it is appreciatable. no such victory is possible in any area lack of proper practice. All those players, who mostly fail due to their a particular technical fault, they should ask to more practice in domestic matches for removing their technical fault and they should not included in Indian cricket team till removing their technical problems.

I doubt if cricketers will be allowed to leave ipl even if they would like to by Bcci either due to broadcasting team (since people want star players there ). I just feel they can change scheduler to WTC and could give more time to player to get accustomed with pitches and weather ..
