To some extent he indirectly exposed what happened in regards to her death. Her crooked Uncle Barry Hankerson, if he allowed Aaliyah to be preyed upon for certain murder wouldn't be a giant step 💯
Aaliyah’s Uncle who had his own record label was married to Gladys Knight. Aaliyah had connections. She grew up in a middle class neighborhood. Her parents weren’t wealthy her uncle was.

You need supervision to get on a plane if you’re underage. She was never pregnant or married. It was a publicity stunt, this guy wasn’t her security either.
