Beyoncé is a star vocalist. I don’t understand how y’all can just ignore that. A lot of the legends have shown their love and admiration of Beyoncé’s talent and vocals. The soul she has in her voice is beyond this world. If she is not your cup of tea, it’s ok but you cannot change facts.
Beyoncé didn’t come out and explode after aaliyah died. Kelly Rowland had a massive hit before Beyoncé and everyone thought she was going to be huge and then Ashanti literally came out and took over before Beyoncé but the only reason people compare Beyoncé to aaliyah is because Beyoncé has sustain her popularity for a long time. If Ashanti was big then it would be Ashanti being compared to aaliyah. Aaliyah fans are just jealous 😊

Aaliyah fans are 1000% jealous that Beyonce was able to reach mega superstar status and Aaliyah never got the opportunity to do it. That is literally the only reason why they are being compared, because there is no correlation between them other than being two female artist.
Aaliyah opened doors for young female acts like Brandy, Monica, Beyonce, Rihanna and Ciara...etc...I believe Aaliyah would've been on top if still alive. She was a tripple threat who could dance, act and sing.. I always looked at her as the next Janet Jackson.
