Aalto will not leave me alone. He came on Jiyan's banner, Jiyan's weapon banner, Yinlin's banner, Yinlin's weapon banner....STANDARD weapon banner... So seeing that im now S6 Aalto, i need to know everything about him since he wanted me to main him so bad.
As of now ive gotten aalto and chixia at their max dupes. Im finally caving in and building these characters even though i never play ranged characters ever 😅
I got the standard 5 star crit weapon for aalto and his e1 hes so fun to use hoping one day they make a aero sub dps/buffer that we can use with him cause yangyang and jianxin dont synergize the best with him
I really want to become an Aalto main on my alt tbh. It's gonna be a weird one, since I'll be doing something like Yuanwu-Yinlin over there and Aalto-Yangyang maybe. But I'm still a little confused on how to play Aalto. Like do you fire bullets through the mist after jumping for some elevation as you were doing in the vid?
Aalto boosts bullets that go through the mist (both skill and burst) and generates extra bullets by doing that. That's what I think his kit is. About the jump, I feel like that's bc he shoots faster in the air
His general kit is to generate mist and gain forte stacks by shooting through the mist, and then you want to dash through the mist to consume his stacks However, if you reach S3+, his damage comes mostly from basic attack, because when you shoot through the mist, it gives extra bullet, so you want to do more basic attacks than using his forte skill. If you are asking about aerial attack, his aerial was the fastest basic attack with a decent damage, that's why im doing mostly aerial attack in this video
Do you think Aalto could be a good support for a gunner main dps in the future? I don't play him but his ult says it amplifies the atk of bullets (didn't specify aalto's) that pass through it. Maybe he could be a meta support for like a 5* aero main dps with a gun as their weapon or smtn.
Yess that's what I thought!, he could work with another aero ranged unit since his outro buffs aero deepen and his ult buffs projectiles, now we just need to wait how future characters will looks like (let kuro cooks)
This is really interesting but you should really try to add yuanwu intro/outro spam into ur team so you can have more dps windows instead of sanhua. Im maining chixia as my 3rd dps and the vibration dmg is really lacking without yuanwu. You also aint using the monkey right btw. Just cast it and swap before the 2nd part of it, after ur rotation and when u swap back, the effect would still be there. I only have r0 aalto but i have r6 chixia, the gameplay looks the same to me but chixia just slides while alto dashes to reposition so yuanwu rotation will be the same as ur sanhua. Hes also at r0 for me. Grappler tech on bird is new to me tho. Good to know.

I would like to test yuanwu into the team, the reason why I use sanhua is because her outro buffs basic attack damage, because S3+ aalto will rely more on basic attack instead of his forte. But I'll test it who has the most effective and consistent support ability For the monkey I do use him with swap cancelling to my next character
Hmm i watched it again but i really dont see the monkey slam which triggers the buff it provides which would happen regardless of swap cancel or not if u hit the first part. I main jiyan in my first team so i know swapping too early before monkey does first doesnt give u the buff. Well anyways aside from that, chixia forte/daka daka is also basic attk based scaling so ive tried my r0 sanhwa just now. Yuanwu giving more easy dps windows is just faster than the dmg i do inbetween dps windows. Im just skipping yin lin so im just at aalto r1 for now so ill just watch your progress before i get mine haha

Nice video as always, u using nova busrt as weapon, do u think is better than Static mist for Aalto main dps? i use same team as u but i using Static mist and some times i think is a waste because the Outro skill part of the text.
Thanks, I haven't tested him with static mist since i don't have it yet😭, but I think from the stat alone it's really good already bcs you can focus more on crit damage on the echoes
Hey Luna, what's the recommended AA for aalto? Is his Aerial AA better than his standing AA? I noticed you were doing Aerial AAs instead of the standard.
Hi, basically his aerial deals bigger damage output, but you still need normal AA for generate the mist, and if you have him at S5, you might want to dash through the mist more often to proc +aerial dmg bonus (since it only last for 6 sec). So for me, his AA combo should be like: Skill>aerial>dash through mist>AA 2-5>aerial>skill>aerial... And repeat
Umm sorry for asking this, is the buff you get form the Monkey boss echo actually buffed Aalto? I didn't see it hit that why I ask. And btw your gameplay is very fun to watch :D. Glad you enjoyed ✨ For the monkey echo, I don't take the buffs from the monkey because using it often takes me into a vulnerable situation, so I always use it only for damage with the animation cancel into the next char intro skill. But it's just my preferences so I can focused more on the fight
@@LunarityYT I wonder about Sequence 6 Chixia instead of ice lady? She gives a 25% basic attack dmg bonus for 15 seconds after using Boom Boom AND she's also a gun user... I assume her bullets work with Aalto's mist too. Though I guess it would be a very long time before we start assuming the average playerbase has sequence 6 4 stars
I think it's around 25-50% damage improvement, but a little bit change of his playstyle that you would want to dash through the mist more often for +30% aero dmg bonus, and also his ult gives +8% crit rate I still wouldn't recommend to actually build him if you are going for the meta. But if you love the character then I would say S3 to S6 is a decent improvement (not an op upgrade, but its not bad either) but his gameplay will be a little bit harder than S3

Guys I have a question. I keep watching sanhua's rotations but I don't see much damage output and she's kinda a "burst" character. Why is she so high in meta?
Hmm, personally I think the best team for her comes at 1.1 when changli release, pair with chixia and a team wide buffer (baizhi/verina). I can't find any other good pair with chixia at 1.0
Taoqi with moonlit and outro can buff the Chixia skill a Lot The 3rd spot a healer with the set for the attack buff, the resonance liberation dmg it's really high
Aalto's kit is weirdly designed that his skills alone are not synergizes each other very well. His kit revolves around basic attack and forte, with skill and ult buffs both BA and forte, but his inherent and some sequences buffs heavy attack (which is useless for him), and with elemental supporting outro. But hey, weird kit doesn't mean unplayable, as long as he's fun to play and still be able to clear contents in this game, then I'll still play him❤✨

@@OutisGreen that is correct, i have bad personality i cant stand people who are not as good or worse than me. it annoys me that youtube recommends me this then i get hyped for the clear and click on the video just to see this wasn't even tha last difficulty and they weren't even playing that well
Well I'm not doing the video because I'm good, I'm doing this just as a proof that you can beat contents even with the worst character in the game, so people can play the game without worrying about the meta that will changes every patch That's said, I will try to improve my gameplay so everyone still be able to enjoy my videos, thanks!
