I agree with Aamir that we must have departmental cricket. Realities of Pakistan and Australia are different. Imran Khan don't know the ground realities. Imran, Majid and Javed Burki never had the problem which the common cricketer share. Wasim Raja & Ramiz are also from same category. Lahore gymkhana is the club's of ellites. Aamir Sohail, Saleem Malik all played their cricket in Iqbal PARK where situation is totally different. I still remember in these club's cricketers used to drink water from buckets. Most of the cricketers have that environment. Even PJ Mir is from almost same category of ellites and played his cricket in Services club where environment is totally better. I still remember Saleem Malik used to play with industrialist team that pay him 100 rupees for one match to be played on Friday. So livelihood from earning is important. Give jobs to cricketers. Very few people know Imran played his first match from governor eleven vs Punjab University. In mid 70 annual fixtures between Governor eleven and Punjab University. Governor eleven comprises all test players. One wonders how Imran got chance to be selected from governor eleven. Simply because of Javed Burki who was captain of that team. Gymkhana club was that time controlled by their family. So department cricket should come back.
There is no of beterment bc in department also became the culture of safrish neopotism and be come friends hub all the sports in pak is totaly finished now just talking sports is on for media life
