I hate it when people just say she has the sweetest voice🙄. Her voice is so much more than that. It is elegant and beautiful and has such a rich texture that so rare. Her voice can be piercing and gentle at the same time, a very rare mix😍

exactly. Its those high harmonics. Just a very piercing voice. And the sweetness wasn't too overbearing. It was just another aspect of her voice. Just very natural and organic.

Now when i think after 9 days since you left this materialistic world, i realise it's actually the bigger loss than I've thought. I feel that I'm so unlucky and unfortunate that i couldn't meet you in this lifetime. She pronounce urdu like a Madarsa Talibah ( Student at masjid) , salam to you Mam Sahiba by setting such a high standard of perfection.No body can come close to her Majesty. When she sings Urdu she is converted ( No offense please)

Raga in this song is particularly is charukeshi and in antra part raga khamaz ang is there In chalo sajna song raga basant mukhari is there only one note re kowar and re shuddh difference is there remaining notes are same in both ragas

Anyone know which year this concert was? Judging by her voice, I think it may have been late 70s or early 80s. Absolutely certain it's not from 1964. Beautiful performance!
