Hidden Treasure ... how rude are you? It's a child in a court room intimidating, which in itself. He's seen a relative (someone) get shot in front of him. There's a lot of trauma and emotions going. He has been questioned for 3yrs, at some point in time, and still having to be a kid; so, asking questioning could become very difficult. When you have to keep on re- living/replaying a tragic experience, it can become frustrating and overwhelming. You must not have any kids and dont how their emotions are handled during a tragic moment or experience. My daughter is going through that right now. We are not coaching her, and we are telling her to stick to her truth even when feeling uncomfortable and intimidated. It's not a good place for a child to be mentally

The childhood and youth of black children has never been respected in this system. They have never been acknowledged, or recognised as children. Animals receive better treatment and much more compassion. How could we expect anything different from the descendants of people who used black babies to bait alligators. Watching from Canada. I agree and am absolutely appalled by the tone of the defense attorney's questioning. This young boy is traumatized, had his entire life shattered and was peppered with unnecessary questions. The way he handled himself on the stand is exemplary. He was confident, poised, well spoken and polite, all while under tremendous pressure. The police have a problem, a big problem that is country wide. Abuse causing injury and death at the hands of law enforcement is beyond despicable. It's criminal. This child's Aunt was murdered right in front of him three years ago. To ask a child minute details of a three year old extremely traumatic event is ridiculous. The judge should have stepped in and protected him. God Bless his little soul, I hope and pray he can somehow manage to have life after all of this. It's just so sad.
