truly badass... not only is he probably the tighest drummer ive heard live, he's stage perfromence is rad... to play tight n be that energetic, hats off... well and truly. underoath changed my life
Aaron is the REASON why im a Drummer his style is so UNIQUE and RAW and i hope one day i will be able to achieve the LEvel of Experience like him and dnt get me wrong i like other music too and DANIEL of TDWP is another good Drummer and dnt hate on us MUsicians okay we love what we do and we dnt care what others think:):)
Genuinely one of my favorite videos on this website and also one of the most inspiring videos I've seen in my lifetime. The sheer amount of passion and energy in this is incredible

my god. words cannot describe to me about this video. to be able to play behind that drum kit would be amazing. aaron gillespie is a man of many talents.

I did watch that show. His vocal chords were hurting, and he was high. They have played these songs for like 4 years. Im sure they will remember them pretty well.
aaron has been using double pedal in underoath since the very beggining. he doesnt use it that much now but theres a lot of songs were he uses it and you can definitely notice it.
dude's he's an amazing drummer listen to there old music when they had there original singer. and he give's the crowd an awesome show. alot of drummer's now day's just want to be the best. but it's also about having fun and putting alot of energy into play too
@Tylery321 Yeah his floor tom legs, and the mounting system is reinforced, that flor tom where he stood is a 16", so yeah the head can hold, plus he only stood for a few seconds, but that head will not tune after that show.
@system2030 it does because of the distortion on the camera.....but the set sounds fine. and plus, when youre in the crowd and youre hearing it through the speakers, it doesnt sound bad at all.
looks like theres 22 people out there that need to know what real music is. UNDEROATH is AMAZING!!! even though aaron is gone now, but its ok, the almost is really good too.
This guy, in general, is a a walking, talking, singing, drumming FAD. Nothing more, nothing less. You don't need over size crashes to make you seem unique pssh.
@divineblobn8 its Cymbals, And Depends on what brand you're using, and what size they are, if you hit cymbals hard, you need to get thin cymbals, If you hit soft you get medium, and so on..
@s241914 Drums are super strong, they could hold up a 250 lb man. Whats crazy is that they are suspended on one stand. He didn't use legs on his floor toms this tour.
it looks like tis on there but in the last moments of the video u can see its hanging off something else but becasue the camera is from behind it gives the illusion its on top of the tom .. idk wtf it is though
aaron is never off beat or time only the rest of the band... they should keep up with him since aaron gillespie is underoath the rest just happen to be lucky enough to play to his drumming.
