Mr Nelson do you remember if you had cheerios or fruit loops for breakfast the morning of the tattoo? What color were the fruit loops? Was the milk cold?
pollyannainribbons There have been quite a few witnesses in this case who look a hell of a lot younger than they are. Detective Camper, Brian Quon, this guy...
Excessive tattoo are for idiots. Doesn’t look good when you interview for a professional job, questioned by police, when you’re old. People who aren’t comfortable with who they are get ink to prove themselves to others. Idc about the hate comments.
@@s.tavares3257That's a bold assumption to make. This may be hard to believe but sometimes there is people that truly like tattoos and the art of it. I mean they do commit to it being permanent on their body so I would hope they were comfortable with it and do like them. Sure there is idiots out there getting all these face tats or ridiculous ones for whatever reason but to each their own I guess. I work at a hospital and have a half sleeve and 3 other tattoos and I interviewed just fine for a good paying job with great benefits in healthcare. I think your opinion is ignorant and not fair to the general population with tattoos but its your right to be judgemental and assume things about those people. I personally have a memorial quote for my gma that I took care of til she died that is very significant to me personally on my back right shoulder blade. So its kinda false to say its bc I'm not comfortable in my own skin when I'm actually so comfortable that I put some significant art on it and I'm sure alot of people can prove that what you believe is false.......
@@s.tavares3257LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE SLEEVED DOWN BUDDY?HOW MANY NFL PLAYERS ARE ALL INKED UP? NO NEED FOR JOBS OR MONEY ISSUES?? WHAT AN PEOPLE WHO TAKE STEROIDS AND ARE UNCONSCIOUS BEING NATTY
Paige Willows Poor guy I know how he feels. When I had to testify, I was just as nervous as him. It probably sounded like I wanted to cry, and I wasn't feeling good from the lack of sleep that night. (it wasn't for murder though)
thats why A.H ended up in jail he had stupid "lawyers" that just pist off the judge and had no idea of what they were doing.... my wife is a better lawyer when she is interrogating me when my phone is on "silent"
I wish they would get to the point already I'm starting to wonder who's on trial all the rambling as if they don't have their stuff together what a waste of tax payers money 💰
A few of his were signifying the murders according to the prosecution. Either way in a murder trial EVERYTHING is brought into the case to be used against someone. It can be absurd most of the time
@@joymorris7775 I've been to prison and trust me tattoos 60 % of the time mean something wether your in a gang killed some one, or some one died not just your high school sweethearts name half the time
It doesn't matter what they discussed in the tattoo parlor. There would have been a lot of back-and-forth banter as they looked on the internet. Whatever was said or not said - Aaron approved the stencil and paid for the work.
That judge is getting frustrated with that Lawyer asking about gun tattoos and I don't blame him. He isn't making much sense since it's all documented in the files as the judge said. Wow, he's boring me to death.
Laura Savage it's absurd. Hate it when lawyers ask the exact same questions 3 & 4 times. And drone on and on and on with pauses that last way too long.
Hey David, you did great. The defense lawyers are just trying to make you feel bad their violent sociopath of a client wanted a semi automatic gun tattoo on his arm. Those of us that know how tattoo artists work know damn well that HE chose the gun type and would never hv allowed someone else to decide WHAT to tattoo on his body. Epic fail Mr Defense
Prosecutor is trying to say it was a "confession" with the "God forgives" and the barrel of the gun was like the one supposedly used. This wasn't in front of a jury and the witness was horrible. I'd be surprised if the judge lets the jury hear him. It was entertaining though!!!
VEGASGIRL Yes. Voire dire/in French literally means 'To ask'. So in criminal trials the process of voire dire can happen with potential jurors in jury selection, when defense lawyers and Prosecs have oppty to ask questions of potential jurors to determine if they want them on or off the jury-- but can also take place in a hearing- with a specific witness- when there is a question as to the ability of a witness to properly be able to testify about a given subject. Outside the presence of the jurors- to ensure prior to a witness testifying before the juror all material legal questions and issues are resolved. The judge then can decide the witness CAN testify or cannot, or that the testimony might be limited in scope in some way. Hope that helps
Jenna Smith- I do understand the literal translation of the French words - Voire Dire- but obviously the question related to the legal definition of 'Voire Dire.'
sony so Yes, he is nervous, I agree. Anxious. His body language and facial expressions scream "Get me out of here". No way is he cool about testifying against Hernandez
Poor Nelson. Aaron went to him. You are all here bashing his art. Do you know how hard it is to do what he does? Tattoo artists are brilliant artists. Also.....all you people here calling him a "snitch" need to realize someone is dead. Unless you yourself are in a legit gang life than STFU with that stupid snitch talk
lisa donald it's a soundproof microphone so instead of typing everything they say, she can speak it into the mask and it transcribes it to her computer. She's the court reporter, my wife is also one
lisa donald Correct. She doesn't even have to whisper really, the mask is designed not to let sound out so you can repeat the words clearly. It works in conjunction with a speech to text software like DRAGON. My wife loves her job, she has her own business and does really well.
So many of these questions seem irrelevant. I don't see how tattoos can be used to prove anything. As menacing as they may look, they can be interpreted a million different ways and theres no way to prove why he got them or what they're supposed to represent.
JJ Anthony You obviously we're not paying attention. The type of the tattoo and the bullet and the god forgives tattoo and the DATE he got them is very relevant. Common sense goes a long way here, obviously in the end the jury knew the deal.
Fyi he beat this case and bc he was appealing the other case he technically died a innocent man in the courts its kinda strange he killed himself he had a goid shot at reducing or flipping his life sentance my brother was in the same unit as him in shirley max
Rihanna has a gun tattoo on her side. My girl friend has an ak tattoo on the side of her finger. These tattoos have nothing to do with anything. And this whole trail everyone the prosecution questioned was a waste of time because lack of evidence. That’s why Aaron was acquitted. Sorry to those men, but they can’t prove Aaron pulled the trigger. Bradley said Aaron was in the passenger seat and reached over to shoot. The video clearly shows Aaron driving.
He def shot those guys but they didnt have any conclusive forensic evidence thats why he beat it and bc he was appealing the odin loyd case he is technically innocent in the eyes of the law if u die while on appeal u are deemed innocent
I like this judge he's like ok there's no cherry here so let's get to it and then earlier he says "when Mr. so and so (don't know the attorneys name) because I have jurors showing up in 10 minutes, lol !! In another way to put it quit screwing around and let's knock this out!!
What's the relevancy of these tattoos to what Hernandez is being charged with........what a loving quote. These lawyers really play the waiting game to those giving evidence. And so what if the tattoo was a gun......geez, thats not evidence in a murder. What if I had one like that, could I be a suspect in a murder case? Wow......tattoos are committing murder now.
Don't tell me they flew a tattoo artist from California to New England to testify about tatts he did? WTF does it matter who did them, they are on his body.
There's a massive difference between being asked a couple years after u do a tattoo of a client specific requested a partic thing- (thinking about it in terms of remembering a specific conversation) to then having time to think about your actual process and the way you work and realizing he HAD to hv specifically requested it Becs tattoo artists do not simply decide the art they're going to put on a persons body forever - unless it's specif requested Becs the artist has a well known style. Dumb
I don't understand how this is relevant ? I get that they are trying to say it was a confession. But supposedly he used a glock and Odin was shot 5 times not 1 so this doesn't make sense to me
Pels fan before the boogie Trade in his defense. He did this tattoo in the beginning of his career, he's been tattooing for 10 years now.. I'm sure he's progressed
I had my first tatoo done by a beginner. I tipped him well. Was it 100 % no. But it was good enough and I did it to just encourage him to keep going. He was such a great guy. I guarantee you by now he is indeed better at his craft. We all begin from somewhere. Tattoos are not easy. Getting the wording and drawing/design right and in line. Plus some people do ask for bizarre out of line and shape tatooes. We just don’t know
1. What's with the ads on RU-vid with the old dudes who are ripped? Have you heard those old guys talk? They sound like total morons, and they have the dead look in their eyes. 2. I love this judge. He's like "There's not even a jury here, so chill out and let's wrap this up." The lawyer is acting like it's the People Vs. Larry Flynt.
I was wondering if that was either Aaron's or his wife's handwriting...? It HAS (had)to be, cuz unless they free-hand it, you def see the stencil first and have to agree to it. Otherwise I'd be like 🧐😳😱😵
