Aaron & Jackson In Love 

Aaron was such a complicated character so filled with fear and anger and still there was something so innocent and gentle about him.

I think I could watch/listen to this for the rest of my life. Gee, it's just a soap, but Danny Miller is one of the finest actors around, not to mention Mark! Makes me cry EVERY single time.

I've gotten to watch Aaron's journey throughout the whole show. Great video. It's November 2017.

Good job in making this video. I remember reading about these two in the Emmerdale storyline plots and thought it was very captivating watching their love blossom til its climactic end. And hey, I got a new song from Snow Patrol to add. Great song! Kudos!

These two are the reason I started watching ED, then they go and kill off Jackson, I was distraught. A lot of these awkward moments remind me of my partner and I when we first got together. Long live Jackson.

Have not watched 'Emmerdale' in yonks, but I do recall that Danny Miller was superb in the role of Aaron Livesy.

this series is really really worth watching despite the pain of it all. The acting (especially Aaron) and the scripting is superb throughout. I've watched the series through twice and I'm afraid to say I fell in love with Aaron. He's a wonderful example of a rough diamond: a pitbull with a heart of pure gold. You need to start right from the beginning when Aaron first gets back to Emmerdale and follow through. I cant recommend this storyline enough.

Very sad but it is worth every second for the incredible acting from Danny Miller. You just can't take your eyes off of him when he is on screen.

One of the most postive and popular gay couples on British TV history. This story has done so much for the understanding of gay people. And yet what do Emmerdale producers do , the kill one of them off. Loads of story left in these two. Shame on you Emmerdale .

This was such a time of innocence and sweet love. Why did the writers take them down the path of destruction; look where Aaron has end up. However, they could bring Jackson back...Jackson said that if he could come back he would watch over Aaron. They could bring him back as a ghost that only appeared when Aaron really need him...and like he was before the accident, of course. Jackson coming back as a ghost would add a new character to Emmerdale and give a wonder twist to the soap. So, who about it writers, are you will to play with the idea?

No you are right, it is the actor (James Sutton) who played John Paul Mcqueen in Hollyoaks. He played a straight character called Ryan Lamb. He was in Emmerdale from June 2009 til April 2011. Alias the role he played in Emmerdale was not as popular as his Hollyoaks role.

This was my actually first british gay storyline following, even before Ste (Hollyoaks) and anything with penis. Jackson was unfortunate just the catalyst for Aaron's coming out. Jackson's storyline should have been longer and happier, but it's still worth watching, albeit sad. Definitely the stereotypical gay storyline of the early 2010s

@dos2212 I hope so, cos if this storyline isn´t an eyeopener I don´t know what else could be for those narrowminded people!! Really it is realistic, heartbreaking, funny at times, with the greatest character ever created for a tv show (Aaron) and with the most amazing actors. I think it´s the best gay storyline ever on a tv show on the whole planet. Emmerdale has won me with this since last December when it all started. I´m totally depressed since the crash episode!!!
