been reading about the early years of Palestine during British Mandate - the Irgun, Lehi and Stein gangs terrorized the local native population and killed lots of British too. The British found it hard to target the members of these gangs as they were embedded in the population. Lots to learn from history and apply to this conflict.
I’ve said it all along: the PLO, Hamas & Hezbollah… these groups didn’t just appear out of thin air; they were RESPONSES to Israeli terror inflicted on them: they are a dark mirror to their perpetrators.

i watched a movie called "butcher of prague" - see several similarities to this conflict - where the entire entire village people become a scapegoat for Nazi officer Reinhard Heydrich's assassination. Mass slaughter of the villagers in collective punishment ; the Nazis razed the entire place called LIDICE in Czechoslavakia to the ground in 1942 in retribution.

What a difference between your words and those of the sanctimonious Alexander Mercouris, who led off his Oct 7th monologue with a gush of sympathy for the Jewish hostages of Hamas "war crime"! Forget 40,000 dead Palestinians, 2,000 dead Lebanese, and tens of thousands of wounded Muslims. Mercouris could only find sympathy for the Jewish "victims" of Oct 7th. What a disgrace. Apparently the man has learned nothing about Israel in the last year.
It'd be worthwhile to have a Jordanian or Egyptian on to explain their countries position of unconditional support for Israel. The Saudi position is the US position which is the Israeli position.
With all due respect to Aaron who is repeating most of the lines by Finkelstein from his recent podcast. He says Hezbollah didn't know of the October 7th attacks but had to do "something" for its reputation. However, Hezbollah deputy chief mentioned in his speech, they had to respond to the Israelis attack on Gaza because the Israelis would come after Lebanon after they were done with Gaza. So, it's wrong to say Hezbollah got involved because they had to do "something"!
I totally disagree with Aaron's description of the Israelly Army. You notice they don'\ attack any country that can defend themselves with aircraft and tanks. They are not all they are made out to be. I am a veteran of the Marines and I see them as a bunch of punks. The resistance does not have tanks and fighter jets. That means you wait until the enemy decides to fight on the grounds. On the grounds there are getting their asses kicked. This is why they hate Iran, why ? because it has jets and tanks and missiles.
That map of greater israel going about the net includes southern Lebanon as part of Israel; given that Israel controlled that territory previously and lost it, added to bb's own words, Oct 7 was their 9/11, it would seem reasonable this was the plan from the begining and suspicions about bb's knowledge of the attack, given they ignored warnings, points to suspicions about letting it happen, or perhaps even godding Hamas into attacking!! Obviously their intention was to destroy Gaza, and it is highly likely it wont stop with Lebanon...
Thank you Judge! We need to hear more Jewish voices characterizing the situation. Aaron's own history as a holocaust survivor lends credibility. Especially to his claim that Israel is a colony of the US.
Based on what Ukraine killed Gonzalo Lira, an independent American citizen journalist living in Ukraine, and how it was totally ignored by the US government, as well as the experience of the treatment of Julian Assange, unfortunately, I do not believe it will be any different with this journalist, who is also an American citizen, and is arrested by Israel. Jailing, killing, torturing, taking a life means nothing to Israel. Moreover, the total capture of the USA government by Israel means no one in government will speak out against this crime against an American citizen who is also a journalist. The USA is ok with anything Israel does, no matter how disgusting or foul.
What I find hard to understand is how the Arab/Muslin world has allowed this day after day. Other than the Houthis and Hezbollah what other Muslin nations manned-up?
Aaron is missing some very import things. 60,000 israeli settlers are displaced from the north and that number is growing that is a major concern for Israel. It is the reason they gave for invading lebanon Also, Nasrallah's assassination made the resistance stronger from a "martyr" point of view. Nasrallah is more important to the resistance dead, than he was alive. For instance, Nasrallah's assassination put the Iranian population squarely behind the Iranian government. The population of Iran insisted on the Iranian attack on Israel.. The Nasrallah assassination will probably lead to Iran obtaining nuclear weapons
Like or dislike Israel, the fact is If the Palestinians didn’t attack Israel the Israelis wouldn’t have destroyed Gaza or Lebanon, if the Iranians keep attacking Israel they’re going to be destroyed too. The truth is not always a pleasant thing, you can ignore reality but you can not ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.
Aaron, if you are a jew, I really feel ashamed to see you personal view on the situation, considering what was happening to Israel recently and through the years of its existence.
You should have more shame of what the star of David state has done to every one of its neighbors for its entire existence. Your small hats no longer hide your horns. The world is turning against Israel as your horns outgrown your small hats and big lies.
