Davis has the best workouts, they're simple and straight to the point, they don't take forever and don't require any sort of random equipment. If I still kept USD I would be buying his stuff just to support. Even so, his YTshorts has enough great content on its own.

Many of these exercises are just heavier on shoulders, chest, triceps while there is no mention about it, and it's introduced as ab exercises whilst there are much harder and simpler exercises out there to train abs( abs mainly).

Good shit man. As a note, the first 2 are semi advanced exercises, you need pretty good upper body strength to do these.

I learned a couple form this one but one move I didn't see that really worked for me was when I hold a dumbell over my abs and do sit ups with my feet flat on the floor with no anchor. The weight over the abs helps to redistribute all the weight into the abs. This works for those of us who have lower back issues

Knee tucks to your elbows while hanging from a bar with your arms around 90 degrees. That’s my personal favorite and I recommend it over the first two, if you have sensitive wrists/don’t like that dip position.

Or just do 6-8 sets of weighted crunches with the cable which allows you to apply progressive overload and hits pretty much the whole ab section. Sometimes the simplest things can give u the best results

When doing roll outs try kneeling on a half exercise ball and use a single wheel roller. Personally I like the Increase of stability needed
