Once i transitioned to barefoot shoes I started buying all different types of shoes from different brands and before you know it I had more than 10+ pairs of barefoot shoes. Lol eventually I narrowed it down to 1 pair of sandals, 1 boots, and 1 dress shoes . And found a brand that fit my style. Took about 3 years but now I’m comfortable with my barefoot shoe collection (5 pairs). Lol 😂 I guess I have an addictive personality and OCD when it comes to shoes. Lol

The struggle is real...imagine running a barefoot YT channel and having to keep 70+ pairs around for showcasing. But yea, I feel the same, I probably only use five or so of them regularly.

@@angrycatalan325 Vivobarefoot and Vibram FiveFingers are my two favorite brands. Vivo, because they have the best combo of design and performance for all-terrain/all-season, while still having some of the thinnest soles, and Vibram, because nothing feels more natural and agile than separate toes and you can't beat the durability of Vibram rubber. I also wear Xero's, Wildling, and others for more niche scenarios.

Haven't tried the SD, they seem to be out of stock. Although they looked quite similar to other barefoot huaraches I've tried.

I had to switch to non barefoot shoes last week! Just getting over a bout of Sciatica. That'll teach me! Bought another pair so I'm never in that position again.

Oooh yea, nerve pain can be really awful. I had terrible plantar fasciitis from cushion shoes and it never came back after seven years of barefooting.

Hey there, if you only need it for indoor use, then yea, I'd go with the KOW. If you need it for both indoor and outdoor, then I'd go with the Ababa, which is still quite breathable and has a rubber sole.

Almost, but you need a finger to hold the heel back to slide in all the way. Does give a better lockdown for walking than a more open slipper shoe, though.

My regular size (44) did work, but because of the flat-stitched edges you might want to go up a size if your normal size is usually snug or you're planning on wearing socks with them.

If you wanted to weight lift in them, they'd be fine. Just wouldn't use them for running or side-to-side movements.

The Pagosa's look great on the outside, but the reason I haven't reviewed them is that they use a synthetic insulation, which always has poor breathability and gets smelly, especially for warmer days. It's a shame they didn't use a natural fabric lining or make a full leather version.
