This is the first time I'm seeing this video. I've always wanted to move to Texas. Wide open space with this type of property. You could teach the kids And people of the great outdoors, what it is to live in and around nature. This would be a perfect property to leave to generations to come. I've worked in emergency services for 30 years. I've also worked in security for 30 years still working. This would be a perfect land to build. A training facility to teach kids about the great outdoors for emergency services and still respect nature and the wildlife

Thank you for uploading. How did they get 1.5 the area isn’t worth that much. The home it self isn’t even worth 250k. Land is worth about 200k. I total with the barn, and everything else this home isn’t worth more than 800k

Does this home have wired broadband access available? I require too much internet usage for satellite service. Also, what is the construction date of the house? The kitchen would need completely gutted. Oh approximately how many cows were left? Not sure if I would want too many as I wouldn't have the time for such.

Yes, there's broadband internet available offered by HughesNet and another provider. The main house was built in 1995. There's a log house in the back that I couldn't access because of the cows. they were going for a certain look with that timber frame style main home but honestly they missed it. Compared to modern style, the framing set at different angles and that stair case its just not right. Its all livable but that price i would only buy it for the land and shops

It would take thousands of dollars to bring that house up to a living standard, painting, replacing carpet, remodel all of the bathrooms, redo hardwood floors, clean the outside as it is pretty bad, remodel main kitchen and it is such a odd floor plan.

I’d buy the property, demolish all structures & build new. Too much foundation & water damage on structures. It would cost more to repair than what it’s worth. The land is very nice.

Very sad. Someone lost their home, I'm sure their animals also. I wonder if this stupid covid mess had anything to do with it. I'm sorry but this makes me angry and sad. I'm 6 months behind on my home. It's just a double wide but I also have lots of animals and what happens if I can't get the money to pay my mortgage. We never received a second stimulus. Yes we def are eligible. My husband lost his job after 33 yrs. I'm almost 59 watching 3 grandkids so my son can work while moms off playing military and marrying another man. Worlds gone crazy. But Gods got us. We haven't went hungry or cold. He will provide. Just got to have faith. So sorry these people lost their home.

I did. I wasn't sure what it meant. I thought it might be some kind of emergency shelter in case a tornado blows through or a zombie apocalypse breaks out. It looks like it's basically a personal bank vault to store valuables.
