Lol didn't realize I forgot to blur some parts -_- but honestly it's art!!Hey guys! RU-vid has been giving me so many problems lately. Its been super frustrating but i'm gonna keep pushing through! I talked about what happened and why I had to take this down on my twitter so if youd like to be up to date with whats going on be sure to follow me on there! Basicly I had a huge error in this video which stopped people from viewing it. Crazy part is this video was going viral overnight. It sucks but I really hope this video still gets the attention it deserves. So If Possible please leave a thumbs up, comment, and most importantly share the video if you enjoyed watching! Also to those who have already seen it I added a few more clips to keep it fresh for you guys! Anyway hope you guys live a life of freedom and wander! Peace ;D and enjoy! Steve, FYI: That rug WAS handmade. They're called rag rugs because they're made from strips of material saved from other sewing projects. Old fashioned recycling at it's finest! And the item on the mantle you couldn't identify was an old clock without the works in it. Hence the round indentation! Just loved this video! What a beautiful find!

When exploring these old homes, remember to put a pair of soft gloves in your pocket with which to turn the pages of old books. The oils on your fingers will hasten the decay of the old pages. Turn those pages gently with the gloves on.

Marie antoinette..."Let them eat cake" was her famous statement. This video is my favorite. The property was really intact. I think a lot of the women's portraits were maybe her mother...(not the nudes) People as a rule, don't put their own portraits out on display for their own homes. I believe most of the portraits were of her mother. Spirometers were used for your lung capacity...how well they worked... I think she lived a blessed life at the end, that is my opinion...what a beautiful home....thank you Steve!

Right? Queen Margot as a girl on the right, and one of her brother on the left, I forget which... and also add to the obvious chemicals the use of substances such as arsenic and asbestos. Gloves and maybe a face mask would probably be a good idea.

Hello, love that phone, the orange switches are something I h;ave never seen before on an old phone, interesting. Alchemists attempts to convert base metals into gold or to find a universal elixir. I love science and seeing those instruments made my heart skip a beat. To bad someone took that board with those butterflies on it. That bedroom was very pretty, I love old furniture like that. That secret art room, wow I would love to have a place like that where I could do my art, and a place for my subjects to come and pose for pictures. I love that big four poster bed, "Let them eat cake " is what Marie Antoinette is famous for saying. But according to documents she did not say this, but she was accused of spending money and letting her subjects starve. She was beheaded for this after a rebellion of her people. She was married to Louis XVI and became the queen of France. That one bottle glycerine anglais is added to further enhance solubility of certain drugs, and the other one is an active ingredient part of a drug which is biologically active. This is the best video I have seen, I could move right into that place and love it. Keep up the good work of finding places like this one. Sorry this is so long but I hoped I answered some questions. At 3:58 is the book from Richard Lesclide called 'Paris à l'eau-forte' // Paris by Etching ...'Actualité - Curiosité - Fantaisie'... //News - Curiosity - Fantasy' You can find it on Google Books for free. This book was made in 1873. The pages shown of the video are from 152-153. Might want to read this book later. Interesting find! At 5:14 is written of the phone: Appelez (Call) Interurbain -10 (Interurban) Régional -15 (Regional) Renseignements -12 (Information) Réclamations -13 (Complaints) Télégraphe?* -14 (Telegraph) Inter-Auto -16 (Unable to translate) Police-Sec -17 (Unable to translate) Pompiers -18 (Firefighters) Dérangements -19 (Disturbances) *Some of the words are cut, so maybe it is a longer word. Per example, the 12 is RenseigneTS which is a shortcut for Renseignements. And the 13, RéclamaONS for Réclamations. They probably had a lack of space so they had to do that! I know telegraphs are a thing and I also know that there is words is french that are just long and weird haha (French is my first language) so it could be like Télégraméliminique-graphe or something like that. I need to find a better example haha! Télégrafiphimiphiphe? Idk 😂

Hi Steve, In the beginning of your video it is such a great pleasure to see all my favourite explorers peacefully gathered at the table and enjoying a good breakfast. - Although it is now already the third version of this mansion, I also find your film very interesting, because I can see additionally to the bros of decay and to explomo some other details more clearly. - So your film is an excellent addition. Beautiful background music matching very well to the pictures and agreeably slow movements with the camera. - With Remon you naturally had an excellent co-explorer with kinda broader knowledge of these scientific items at your side. So it was very interesting in what way they were used. - Very well done! I liked watching. Wishing you much more inspirational explores. Stay safe and take care. Kindest regards from Switzerland.

Marie Antoinette was the last queen of France. She married Louis XVl at age 14 yrs. But sadly she was executed by guillotine on October 16 1793. The movie Marie Antoinette is a 2006 movie staring Kirsten Dunst. She was one of my favorite queens, besides Mary queen of Scott’s. “Reign” on Netflix is a good watch on Queen Mary also queen of France. Both young queens around ages 14 yrs old.

Americas education system has gone to shit. Most children these days are very dumb. It’s quite unfortunate.

Yeah I find the histories and information about the buildings as interesting as the building itself and it would be great if they could have researched them in more depth beforehand so we could hear real information on the buildings rather than just speculation as we would be speculating about the buildings ourselves anyway

Steve, please take your health into account and wear proper safety masks and other equipment when inside these kinds of places. Also, it's best to not touch the chemicals especially considering not knowing what they are and they're old. This was a really interesting and cool place though! I loved seeing all the antiques and how everything really did look like time stopped. I wonder what happened to them?

Spirometry Diagnostic test Description Spirometry is the most common of the pulmonary function tests. It measures lung function, specifically the amount and/or speed of air that can be inhaled and exhaled. Spirometry is helpful in assessing breathing patterns that identify conditions such as asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, cystic fibrosis, and COPD

The Spirometer is used to measure the speed of air the lungs can take in. It can detect asthma and other pulmonary issues in the lungs. Great video Steve! I really like what you do.

Mr Explorer In your episode on the Alchemy Mansion you and the other person mentioned how people back in the day were smarter than given credit for. If you and your friends keep an open mind to that you’ll view many more of the places you visit with a whole different perspective. I enjoy the buildings more that way.

I really enjoyed the video. I get the feeling that it was a family home. So was the father the alchemist and shared that with a daughter or son. Was the mother the painter. Such beautiful art work going to waste. Thank you for sharing.
