It's unbelievable that this place has been sitting vacant for 15 years. I bet the inside is in a horrible shape. I know there was one close to my home. They didn't close down but rebranded the name and the business is still running! I heard about CompUSA but didn't get the chance to go inside when they were open. We never had one in my hometown except there were a few just an hour up North in Portland. Great video as always, TeknBolt!

The owner of that property is still responsible for paying property taxes and I bet it's not cheap. That place is in a prominent location and has so much earning potential. Fifteen years is a really long time to keep up with taxes on a vacant commercial property without getting any return from it. I wonder if it has any liens on it.
