Some cowboy has redone the pointing with a cement based mortar so give it a few years of harsh weather and frosts the external skirt of that will be rotten and needing replaced !!

Did you know that it's actually possible to claim free land in the UK ie abandoned land with property etc to save me time on explaining how to do so just go onto Google and put in, how to claim free land in the UK. it will give you and anyone who may be interested all the information on how to do so. P.s it's quite a lengthy process to get the deeds of abandoned land and property on the land but worth it for anyone willing to go though the process ( I wasn't though)

Theres something about that dining room with the unusual furniture. It sort of looks like its been prepared for something. I mean some of the rooms have no furniture & then that. But maybe they just realised they hated that furniture & decided to leave it behind!
i do hope you close and secure the windows and doors...sometimes what may appear "abandoned" is in some holding pattern with the lawyers....ownership after death.

Thanks Chrissy, we gain entry some how without breaking in, thats not what we do, if a place is closed up we will come back another day and try again until theirs an opening, you get some keyboard gangsters out there that think they know it all lol
