Poor old farmer. I can just picture the house full of a large family all busy on the farm and the house being so clean and gleaming with pride, its so sad to see this with farms when the last owner dies and theres no-one to take over so it rots away, another British farm gone
Alec the item you said was a mixer it’s a butter churn it would have had a large glass jar attached so you could make butter without the whey splattering everywhere.
I had to laugh you showed the old garden fork that needed an handle so immediately i thought of the two ronnies fork handles sketch on tv then you opened a drawer and there were exactly 4 candles in there what are the chances 😂
Felt like I was 4 years old again and in my grans wee house, she had a freezing wee toilet like that aswell. Some really old stuff in there, might not be valuable but will trigger a few memories for any elderly people watching I bet. Nice one Alec, did you suddenly need a wee at the end there 😅 See ya next week 😊❤
I had a look on Wikipedia and it is said : " The Singer factory at Clydebank (Scotland) opened in 1885 , was the biggest factory of sewing machines in the world . "
