If he did not want to live there any longer, why not sell it? I can never understand that. Other families would have given it a new life and enjoyed it for many years to come.
I don’t understand just walking away. There are living family members.. why didn’t they originally have an estate sale when dad moved out and/or why hasn’t the house and property been sold. Such a waste
A beautiful house and land the house still could be saved if I came across such a house and had the investment I would be tempted to start work on it save as much of the original stuff possible beautiful house thank you 👍🥰🥰
The island house would definitely be able to be saved, unfortunately that's not the case with the mansion. That would definitely have to be demolished :(
If they had a 50 year marriage and the kids grew up i dont understand why there would be 5-6 year old kid stuff everwhere. Also i wonder why the kids didnt inherit the property. No kid would turn that down, i feel like theres more to or a different reason to why he left
stressed 😅 I wish you’d have asked the neighbours about the house?? Also , I’m so intrigued about why the children or any other family members didn’t inherit or move in? Im dying to know more lol 😮💨
Sad to leave it all behind you and sell your things with so many memories of happy times with your family must be sad to do that and difficult to move on to miss the home and garden
How do people come across such pristine left behind conditions is what I want to know? Usually abandoned things get ransacked, destroyed, spray painted etc. Are these places owned and watched? Like do you contact the owners and schedule a tour kind of thing? So many questions when I see places with so much still in tact and left there.
@@silenthillsexplorations Ahh , yea I noticed more since I have now been binge watching your videos lol I've always loved abandoned things, the stories they can tell, to wander through and wonder what kinda life it had when it was cared for etc.
Why did you have to blur the papers on the side wall of the fridge? Just got curious about it. What an amazing home. I can't help to imagine how happy they were when living there. Sad ending to the house though. Amazing video!
Also the story doesn’t really add up to me, if the husband just left everything behind due to sadness, why is the mirror got taken out in the bathroom and why is there chairs on top of mattresses..?
most likely people who entered the mansion prior stole things that could be still used. You can also see this kind of thing in other rooms, like how people just went through drawers and such
This guy explores the house a lot deeper, including the basement....which IS kinda crazy. It's like a whole other world underneath the house. It's pretty cool! Definitely worth a watch. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Vr_bxAAMng4.htmlsi=rPqS1aZ0YKjaS33h
Sorry folks but I’m just NOT a fan of absolute DECAY ~ I prefer to see homes b4 they get to that state of no possibility of habitation and ideally most every home especially the ones with character and good design would find a new owner with the financial means to bring it BACK to its original purpose
The basement is pretty cool. It's like a whole other world underneath the house. This video covers it pretty well. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Vr_bxAAMng4.htmlsi=rPqS1aZ0YKjaS33h
