That is a beautiful old home, at one time you know it was filled with light, laughter, and love. Thanks for the explore, I wish someone would restore it.💖
It was once a very gorgeous house!! Where did the family flee to? I learned that Dogman Encounters are all around Oklahoma area and other states like Michigan, Louisiana, mostly the south. I'm from New Mexico, I believe they have slaughtered the livestock back in the 80s. Ive lived in Oregon too but I was in inner city. I drove from now home Denver Colorado USA and drove to Portland Oregon by myself and now seeing these Vic Cundiff Podcasts and these channels I should've been more careful. I stopped in Ogden Utah at a rest area only to hear loud whistling sounds from the canyon mountains. I woke up, turned the ignition on and left. There were other truckers and travelers and it was like around 5 AM. I left. It was the longest drive by myself as a young woman with only $150 for gas to Portland Oregon.
Love this kind of stuff! All those clothes, books, doors, hardware.. There’s got to be a ton of money just sitting in that house rotting away. Pretty sad
I am from Oklahoma and part of the Potawatomi tribe. I LOVE seeing stuff like this. What town/area was this? What I wouldn’t give to remodel that home…
First thing I found creepy was the old doll laying on the step. Then in each room it looked like someone other than the owners ransacked the house to find things of value. All of the ceilings are so bad, loos like they are ready to fall in. I can’t figure out why people leave their homes and not look back. This house would have been beautiful back in the day! Thanks for sharing your interest with us. It’s definitely different from your larking videos. Have a great night! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💗
Susan I love ❤️ your comments I so glad to have you as a subscriber viewing always refreshing ❤️ 💕 💖 hope you have great Christmas Thanks for always watching 👀
Maybe who ever lived there died and didn't have any family. I myself have always wondered why people would just up and leave. Leaving all their stuff behind.
A lot of these in Osage County due to the oil money of the 20’s (Killers of the Flower Moon, etc). In Fairfax the most known is the Tallchief house, home of Prima Ballerina Maria Tallchief and also her dancer sister Marjorie. But growing up there in the 50’s and 60’s I could take you to at least two dozen, and back then almost all were occupied and well kept. Over the years my best friend lived in three different ones very much like this one. We went to school at nearby Grayhorse until having to go to Fairfax for grades 9 thru 12 and that old school is also now in ruins. I would advise wearing nail-protected shoes/boots. The walls and ceilings were usually lath & plaster, but often had asbestos insulation.
@@oklahomamudlarker8370. Got a Like and Subscribe from me. One of my good friends lives in one today in Sapulpa, near Tulsa. Detached 2-car garage with apartment over, built in the early 30’s. He keeps it up very well, and had to replace some of the tiles but it looks great.
Cool old house. I wasn't sure if you were hearing things, or if it's just how you shot it. I couldn't put in headphones because my phone is old and doesn't let me use them.
Nice little exploration, to be fair it doesn't look to bad, I've seen much worse places in the UK that some people live in ( squatters ), would be a nice project once the clutter was remove, cheap too I would imagine 👍😊
Bet she was a beauty back in the day..sad shes been left to rot..Im from Oklahoma and my great grandparents use to explore abandones homes in Ok around the 1930s -1940s I remember a story where they came up on one that looked like it was a murder scene ..they quickly let and not sure if it was reported or not...Thanks for the video and be safe
@@gothsport8814 if that's the same house then yessir or ma'am it is and there are multiple abandoned houses in Oklahoma that look like this one as well
It needs a roof right off the bat and there is a lot of damage from rain those holes in the walls with the pink insulation poking through is a sign of how much damage. Other than looking at it for flipping it for a dollar I can really get a feeling of what it was to live there way back then.
