Fantastic opportunity to create a eco holiday village with shared leisure facilities, maybe a shared pool. I have often wondered if Portugal has any "reenactment villages" where the houses are restored to their original condition, and trained reenactors demonstrate how life was lived before the industrial revolution. This hamlet would be perfect for creating such a park... if one had deep enough pockets to create and support it. Classes in traditional skills and crafts could be offered, with housing offered in the restored cottages. A village oven and a restaurant/cafe offering traditional foods grown organically on the land would be a feature that could attract guests on it's own merit too.

What a dream, opportunity this is just like you Nick that was always a dream of mine but the son has no intentions of being a dad in this world so it looks like I’d only need a 2 housed hamlet I suppose I could always rent the other 5 home out as an income now I just need the money to buy and rebuild the hamlet erm I need @ bank with good getaway routes around it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
