Very unique place. Never seen Anything like it. I was so sure one of you guys was going to go through the floor! Yep you almost did. The place had to be amazing in it's time. Would have liked to see it in before shots. The drone shots rock! Thanks for taking me along with you Steve. Stay safe and God bless.
What a visionary who ever created this place into reality. Can you imagine building such a structure ? To bad it’s left to ruins, but nonetheless it’s awesome ! Thanks for sharing this amazing place with us Steve. An incredible journey I’d otherwise never had the opportunity to see. 👍🏼
It kinda feels old for some resin.Yet 1995 is not that long ago.Must have been amazing at the time.Strange feeling watching this.Great video as always.
Breath taking view We love having you take us along with you too. I would love to hear that water running. I am alive when I am near the water like that. Those other buildings were they houses on the property or belong to the hotel.? Amazing views. beautiful photos you've taken. A very stunning place. thank you for showing this to us.
Epic brother I'm completely intrigued like I'm walking through these places by your side...your exceptional camera and quality of skills is amazing... Keep up the good work and I'll forever be watching...
How beautiful this place would have been in its time. The serenity is unmatched! Love the sound of the stream so relaxing .. water is energy...Once again you have taken me on a journey I could otherwise never have experienced. Very brave of you guys but what a great life!! Great job. Always safe safe. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
It's sad this place closed because it must have been so restful and beautiful to stay in. Decades ago my husband and I used to stay at Galveston, Texas's Flagship Hotel, which was built on a pier over Galveston Bay. It was like being on a ship without the rocking! Waking to the ocean surf was glorious. The place was destroyed by a hurricane, and though I think it was rebuilt, I haven't been back. This hotel seems like a hidden paradise. It still has so much good wood left--maybe your exploration will inspire someone to rebuilt it.
That's good thinking to put your vid releases on a schedule, then people know when to come back and check the channel for content 😉👍 Great work as always Steve, keep it up man!
I wonder if there was once a hot spring there? I agree that the inn was a traditional onsen , and if the source spring cooled it might have decreased business so much that it wasn't profitable anymore.
Is that in Canada? It looks like the Twin Peaks lodge. It also has a waterfall. Hallmark channel does some movies in the little village below as well if that is the place...
@@daviddb4858 thanks dlfor the correction! Someone at Hallmark told me the Arora Teagarden movies were filmed in the village below. It's all so beautiful! Is the lodge still used?
You should come to Iowa-LOL. Lots of places to explore-LOL. The warden Plaza had Al Capon had a hideout there and had many tunnels through the city to escape. The alley behind it is called death alley. He killed many people there. Nice history of it if you research it.
Amazing place! I can never understand why places like this are abandoned. Perhaps the overall size was just too much to handle financially. I don’t know but would have been a fantastic place to visit. Thank you for sharing your talent and passion for exploring with us!
places like these are everywhere in japan, it's either too old or no sustainable income because its in the middle of nowhere or due to the new road build, the stuff along the old route just dies off
@ 10:14 you took the words right out of my mouth Steve, would have been Amazing to see this hotel at it's best. The location is stunning. Drone shots show the perspective Thank you for showing us this. Can't wait for my trip to Japan next year. 10/10 say Hi to Mike. 🇦🇺🇯🇵🇺🇸💖
Another awesome Japanese series video! Thank you Steve! Omg you scared me when the floor crashed under your feet! Good your are okay! Looking forward to the next one! I am catching up slowly! Hahaha
Nice places Roni, hey dont forget to put on you good amount of bug repellent you guys frequent a lot of abandoned places where those beetles of Shagas love so much this little bugs are extremely dangerous they kill you slowly please be very careful. God bless great explorers love your Chanel's.
I love this video. It is very interesting and beautiful. The building maybe sketchy but it is fabulous. Keep on with videos like this one. God bless you and all with you.
