When I was a young child, my mother would sometimes take us there after elementary school.

This is in my neck of the woods. I remember when it was a Gino's.

When I first moved to Kentucky and was driving on Dixie highway in Louisville they had was a fast food building Might have been gino's or look like it was a burger king but it's a place that sales Swimming pools and supplies

Looks like they want around $7k/mo triple net for this old place! That’s a lot of money for an old little building like this unless you have very high traffic and decent margins. 😮
