Seriously Josh, if you are going to do this long term, get yourself a pantech with a tailgate loader. You will risk your own health less, and, particularly when picking up in 4 seasons in one day Melbourne and those southern regions, you will have a lot less risk of damage to the furniture and stock you're buying (but be aware that tailgate loaders can get slippery in rain) - when loading boxes and small items, I set mine halfway up and use it as a step to walk the stuff into the truck. As someone who dealt for 20 years in ephemera, always look under the bottom drawers of filing cabinets. Interesting stuff can fall out the backs of drawers, and on one occassion (from an estate in an auction house, not a storage unit) I found a stash of cash.
I would like to see the next time you do storage wars with a unit stacked to the brim with baked beans. I don't need Heinz, I'll take any brand of bean. How many of those have you done so far?
