I've only recently realised that this happens in Australia and in my own state of Queensland there's plenty. I've got the space (big downstairs rumpus room), I've definitely got the time (on a pension) and usually have the money 💰. Living in Central Queensland though means I'm doing it for the fun, occasional sales and the journey cause Mackay, brizzy and Townsville aren't exactly round the corner lol 😂. Where do you find storage abandoned containers for sale?

Some get auctioned locally so it’s worth checking in your area if any are upcoming Also ibid.com has some but they’re generally picked through by facility owners. There’s also occasionally some on EBay but don’t tell anyone 😂👍

Looks like you did well from this. Lots of interesting stuff. I like the unedited sort of stuff as I can relate at the moment as my editing program is causing me no end of grief and am looking for a free or cheap PC Windows based editing program that doesn't take a PHD or 3 million weeks to learn how to use and then be able to upload to YT... How did you know about the unit being up for auction?

There was about 30 percent crap that was burned or thrown out. Haven’t done an op shop run yet will just hold a $1 garage sale I think. And I gave all the books to another reseller who deals with books. She looked after me a while ago so it was time to return the favour 👍

Yeah I donate what’s worth donating. A lot of the junk will just be thrown out by staff at the op shops anyway so I don’t want to produce them with a bulk load of work either
