in today's exploration, we visit the center that one Man created. His name was Bill, and he was a Vietnam vet and a hippie. he created this amusement park to bring joy two peoples faces, what he loved doing best. his passing happened in 2017 and his family obtained the property. since his death the family has done nothing to the property, leaving it to rot in the open elements. in 2019 we explore what is left of Wild Bill's Nostalgia Center and take a trip down memory lane to what this man created. If you enjoy the video, leave a thumbs up and subscribe for more content. have a great day!

This location has to be one of the most unique places I've visited in all of exploring. Its a shame that Bill passed away but I believe the property is in the right hands. Hopefully his children can open it back up. If you guys enjoyed this little video, leave a thumbs up! See ya next time 😉

This made me very sad. This man spent a lifetime gathering these treasures, his lifetime treasures and there they lay, disregarded and abandoned. Such unique and eclectic collections. Heart wrenching that it has all been treated with such contempt. It’s haunting

Was there less than a year ago, bought some amazing stuff from the store, and there was a lot more to the funhouse outside. Very sad. Fun fact- Rob Zombie was very good friends with Bill, and bought posters from that store to use in his movies. Bill was also good friends with Henry Hill, who’s life story was made into the movie Goodfellas.

@ryanbarker5217

if he has a family, what are they supposed to do with it, though? they probably have jobs, families, live somewhere else, and, honestly, this is a bizarre legacy to leave behind. it looks fun and super cool... until you're the one stuck with it, lol.
@LMAODOODZ
@LMAODOODZ 4 года назад
@@ryanbarker5217 Yeah, I understand because when my grandmother died, we spent weeks going through her crap and most of it was given to the Vets. She was a hoarder to make matters worse. It's the man's legacy, they shouldnt feel obligated to invest in something that probably sees no revenue, less than a thrift store.
@Robotdad474
@Robotdad474 3 года назад
That’s pretty ignorant to say. Just because it was his life and dream doesn’t mean his family HAS TO carry it on. They all probably have their own lives and own things they need to take care of . However it’s also reported that his son is following in his footsteps with his legacy so it doesn’t appear to be them selling everything

My Family" a watercolor by Helen Haselton. Helen Haselton was active in Chicago and the Hartford area in Connecticut, born in 1888 and died in Woodstock Valley, CT in 1989. She was an accomplished artist, illustrator and writer and wrote and illustrated "A Memory Book of My School Days" in 1920. She also illustrated the paper dolls for "Dolly Blossom and Her Wardrobe," by Will Pente, which had seven pages of clothing, two dolls and a trunk to assemble that held all the clothing. This picture is a very personal and provocative watercolor portrait of her family with haunting images of each. The picture was purchased from the family in Hartford, CT. Measures: Image 11.5" H x 17.25" W.

I did not read through the 221 comments. But, those are Air Force enlisted ranks which are sewn onto the sleeves. The subdued colored ones went on the Battle Dress Uniform (BDU), and the blue and white ones went on the Air Force "dress blues" uniform. The BDU uniform was replaced in 2007 by the Airman Battle Uniform (ABU). The ABU was replaced April 30th, 2021 with the new OCP uniform. The Air Force dress blues are still in service, and those chevrons in that van are still good.
